Two Quick Updates!

Hello all!

We know you’re excitedly waiting for the September episode of the Loading Time Digest. Unfortunately, due to editor Ray having a difficult month, and there being a lot of footage, it’s been taking us longer than usual. Ray and Ian are both tag-teaming the edit, and we expect it to be out this week. We are not expecting October’s episode to be equally delayed.

Additionally, anyone waiting on their pre-order of the Smash Cut to Bleached-White Skeleton shirts, our huge apologies that they have been so delayed. We encountered production delays on both the shirts and the Smash the State stickers, which we certainly hadn’t expected. The shirts are printed—sitting at the warehouse—and the stickers should arrive any day. Once the stickers arrive, the warehouse is ready to start firing those shirts out to you. Sorry again for the delay!

  1. No problems or hard feelings, but surprising. Please let us know when these sorts of things happen as early as you can. I move around because of work, so long delays can unintentionally cause other issues.

If you did let us know early through blogs, tweets or announcements on twitch, I completely missed it. For next time, could I recommend automatic emails for the people who purchased those items? …Perhaps I should redirect that to the Penny Arcade store….

    Thank you for the update!

  2. I have to second the problems with shirt preorders needing to be spoken. I tried to send both Graham and James emails about my problems with the Scrub Phases shirt, but didn’t get responses from either. I did a forum post, but that seems to have been eaten by the internet.

Regardless, I think jumping on the fulfillment people to send out emails to buyers sooner rather than later is what needs to happen.

  3. Oh good. I thought it was just me who didn’t get the shirt. I’ve had some problems with PA’s Fulfillment in the past. Knowing it’s just a production hold up is actually a relief. An email would have been appreciated, but it is what it is. 🙂
