What is the iron price for changing a user name? Kill Paul and use his computer?

So, I'm sure I am missing something obvious but I cant figure out how to change my username. I have gone to the user control panel it looks like it is supposed to be editable, but it wont let me click it or anything. Any ideas or suggestions?
