I seem to recall it was featured in a Friday Nights or Commodore Hustle, not entirely sure when or which though.

And the LRR Wiki comes to the rescue, it tells us it was featured in Friday Nights: Inventors' Unfair

Re: The depressing depression thread

Thanks for the offer Jamfalcon, but there isn't really much to say I haven't said here before. I have managed to make the step to talking to my GP and getting a referral to a psychologist some weeks back after much delaying and "nah I'm good, I don't need to". I have my first real appointm...

Re: The depressing depression thread

Even though barely anybody comes here any more, I just want to say I'm very very proud of our community that a thread like this can not only exist but has (so far) lasted to 118 pages and 2933 posts. I'm not in the best of places mentally right now, but just reading back in this thread makes me feel...

Re: Officially Forgotten?

I'm not sure we don't need the forums any more. Or at least I'M not sure I don't need the forums any more. I don't think the forum became hostile for no reason. some arguments were had that were better not done in a public forum and some people on both sides of the argument couldn't keep an open min...

Re: Officially Forgotten?

I don't comment on youtube because I don't want my Google/gmail/real name account linked to my Youtube account. I just don't do Discord. Really not my thing. I rarely follow live-streams because the timing is just off for me and live streams aren't my thing to begin with (I just don't have time to s...

It's Spam-bus time

Every single year since DB4 or so... Like clockwork. DB happens, forums get flooded with spam.

Re: Is Qwerpline over?

Graham recently offhandedly mentioned something about editing qwerpline (and it being a lot of work) in a recent Gvlog but I can't for the life of me remember which one. I'm sure we'll be getting more G-star and A-Train shenanigans.

Replacement for photobucket for forum avatar and banners?

Anybody have any good alternatives for photobucket? Turns out they are dickbuckets (see "my" avatar and sig...) and I would like to host my stuff somewhere else. But is there any other host where I can host some photo's with SOME expectation of privacy? I would prefer free, but a small pay...

Re: The depressing depression thread

I've been VERY down before my vacation but finally managed to pull myself together and have a chat with my GP about it. I have a meeting with the practitioners assistant specialised in mental health care on Monday. Currently doing better after 2 weeks away on vacation and another week at home, but t...

*Pours liquid nitrogen into the barbeque, then stacks a couple of bricks of dry ice on top*

What? How else are we going to get them well done without being over cooked on the outside? With all this fire around things get a tad "crunchy".

Re: The depressing depression thread

I've been on a record low streak again. I KNOW I need to seek help. It just takes making an appointment with my GP and asking for a referral to a mental health care specialist... Just a stupid fucking phone call. And I just can't seem to make it. And it's not even the only reason I need to see a doc...

The thread of win is not on the first page of the forum? This shall be rectified at one! Its got some new skates/slidey things too so it sli...

Re: Venting Thread Delta - Now With Easy to Follow Rules

So I found out today that I fell at the final hurdle for my dream job. I love avation, I mean I love avation. I fully intend to be one of those people who bilds a plane in their garage, just as soon as I hve the money, or a pilot's licence, or a garage. There's now way in hell I'd get a job as a pr...

Re: Politics and the Vague Fear of Something Called Donald Trump

If you believe I'm defending Trumps actions you are severely misunderstanding my intentions. I don't call Trump an idiot repeatedly because I think what he's doing is a GOOD thing (Far from it, most of it is very very bad). HOWEVER, the problem we are dealing with in our current political landscape ...

Re: Politics and the Vague Fear of Something Called Donald Trump

We have the constant lying He's a politician. Find me one that doesn't lie. In any country... And Trump most of the time isn't strictly speaking lying as such. Being an idiot and making false statements because he doesn't know any better or is somehow convinced of something that isn't true, certain...

Re: Politics and the Vague Fear of Something Called Donald Trump

The thing that makes me believe Trump's administration is setting up a totalitarian regime is the combination of every single thing they've done and said, compared to every other totalitarian regime we've seen. Trump personally may not have an interest in that or even any idea what it means, but as...
