I think I need help. I am not okay.
This means I have to go somewhere and talk to someone. The fact that this is such a struggle should have pointed me in this direction earlier.
I don't think Adam's on the forums, but; Thanks Adam, you're helping. I hope you feel good today.

I don't usually use a microphone, but I'm going to see if I can put an xbx headset over my actual headphones.
edit: Maybe it's possible to make an xbx headset work on PC, but I can't.

The time zone defaults to GMT-7, when I'm in GMT-8. If I change it and refresh the page, it goes back to -7 again.

I made Rice Krispie Squares; except I used Reese Puffs instead of Rice Krispies and they weren't square. Not sure what to call them. Reese... marshy... amorphouses. Here's where the picture would go, if it wasn't so blurry. Anyway, they looked really gross while they were cooling off. The marshmallo...

It sounds bad even to me when I say so; but I wish they'd stop asking and just do it.
People are afraid of change and resistant to education, if the government keeps asking they're just going to say 'no, actually, just leave it the way it is.'

Re: The depressing depression thread
My last job was applied for out of desperation. I remember getting it, and on the way out thinking 'Wow, I really don't want to work here.' I worked there for almost two years. Is it because it actually turned out to be a really great place? No, this is the depression thread, it was terrible. Well, ...

Watching Hue today, it looked very much like a natural artistic and game mechanical evolution of Continuity, except that the two games appear to be completely unrelated? Very strange.

Done now! Here's a bunch of tangential thought wandering: Wikipedia referred to Sapphire and Ruby as non-binary, which I didn't think was correct maybe? They both seem definitively feminine? So I read the cited article , which says they're literally not binary because gems only have one gender. Okay...

Sometimes I end up with shovelware because I liked a similar game and want more; Cabela's Off Road Adventure (some number): Bought it because I really liked 1nsane. There's an extremely lumpy low-poly map, and you drive across it (which is not at all challenging) to get to a waypoint. That seemed to...

Re: sWs Ep11 - July RAWs
Unexpectedly, I have access to cable television, which I haven't had in years.
So I watched RAW on Monday.
It was fun, but it sort of felt like a really long spoiler for sWs with a bunch of filler.
Still going to watch again next week.

I found out someone is married and I thought 'What a surprise, how nice for her'.
I found out she's married to a woman and my happiness for her became more genuine.
Why did that happen? That's not how I want to react.
Also I'm jealous. Feel bad about that, too.

Very enjoyable, thanks to all involved. The movie is available free for streaming in an apparently legit fashion here *. Fortuitously, this seems to be the version Cam and Alex were watching, I didn't notice any obvious big time desyncs. (I was prodding one feed or the other sporadically throughout,...

Re: Social Anxiety Fear Factor
I was thinking it would be funnier if the title was just 'Social Anxiety' and the reality show part just comes out of nowhere. It seems not going for that gag was the right decision, as a lot of people wouldn't have made it through the first sequence without a light at the end of the tunnel.

There's another part missing in the FFX YouTube archive, between "Part 3" and "Part 4". "Part 3" ends just after Djose Temple and "Part 4" starts on the way to Macalania. The missing part should be about Moonflow, Guadosalam, and the Thunder Plains (according ...

Two people is a pretty good number. Three is fine if you're not cutting each other off all the time. Four, in my experience, is pushing it. Oh, wait, if it's over Skype four will be fine because it'll keep dropping people. Pre-recording gameplay is totally acceptable. You can edit out death sprees, ...
