Support chat in hangouts
Rough idea.. Based on this tweet from a friend: "just found myself wishing this chat with http://amazon.com customer service was on google hangouts so i could invite y'all to watch." It got me thinking of video where a support chat about some mildly contentious issue happens with a company...

This speech delivered against a LGBT protection ordinance http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMANMIe0ZZI is so batshit insane that it's both sad and amusing at the same time. I'm pretty sad that she actually seems to believe ... whatever she's saying. But the stuff that she's saying is just bizzaro.

Gaaaah. I fell off the wagon. Between a couple of trips, being sick, and then being a little busy I've spent very little time at the gym lately beyond the occasional run. Rugby practice is starting to pick up steam, though I've been missing a bunch of that due to separate issues. Grumble. Must fix!

I'd love to be able to get to York.. never been anywhere in the UK outside of London, but won't be able to really do anything other than London and the tournament in Manchester. Looking forward to Manchester though, despite the warnings about it being bleak and dreary :) Ayailla, since you mentioned...

I dunno; for online RPGs, I've had a number of guys tell me that they play female characters because they'd rather stare at a woman's ass while they play :p

In Thailand, I don't think you'll have any problems getting by with English -- I wouldn't worry too much about that. Medical insurance and copies of your passport are all good precautions. Also bring some basic medicine, e.g. pain killers and stomach medicine, even something as simple as a roll of r...

Woo, shuttles seem to run back to our somewhat-out-of-the-way hotel until 3am on Friday and Saturday. That's much better than I was expecting. Hoping to get some board game time with folks too at some point

I've been listening to the above sets from aeric's friend too... though I'm starting to learn the sets too well, which makes it harder to lose track of how much time has passed while I'm doing cardio ("Oh crap, I'm only at the Depeche Mode? Aaaaaa...")

Huh. Just came across this: http://techcitement.com/culture/the-bes ... s-for-men/ -- basically, a reversible, easy, and cheap birth control method for men that involves a simple surgical procedure and lasts for up to 10 years. It sounds pretty awesome, though it seems like it's only in clinical tri...

My right testicle really hurts. I mean can't put weight on my right leg hurts. It's only been today, so I'm not going to fret too much. Re: HALP. Nvidia callibration?
Yeah, to actually get the result that you want (looks good everywhere, instead of just setting things up to match your two monitors), you'll have to get a calibration device. You *can* try Windows 7 (and Vista's?) built in color display calibration -- from the start menu, type in color calibration, ...

Interesting. I never noticed before but losing weight really helps guys in the "length" department. There's a statistic on that... IIRC - for every 10% of body weight you lose, you gain an inch in length, on average. Huh. That seems like a lot.. I went from ~215-220 on a bad day to 185, a...
