Re: Venting Thread Delta - Now With Easy to Follow Rules
So, I knit but I have trouble with crochet. I tried giving crochet a try for my boyfriend's mom's Christmas give. I was doing alright and... the crochet hook broke -_-' I guess that's what I get for using wooden ones? I ordered some metallic ones from Amazon but it's frustrating when you're in the m...

Any reason you keep spoilering that word? I keep having the "what if it's a spoiler for something I haven't consumed yet?!" fear every time I click, and it's not like it's a bad word or something.

I was following this thread with interest, and suddenly, a post saying that Wraith is banned temporarily, after he's agreed to disagree with one of the posters, and been from what I could see no worse than several people who disagreed with him and were not banned. Locking the thread would have been ...

I just wanted to share hugs with everyone. I'm very lucky in that my antidepressants are still working, but I wouldn't forget where I came from and I want to give encouragements to everyone and hope that you get to feel better as well.

I love cats (I have three) and I knit but I'm allergic to wool so I only use synthetic fibers. I'm currently taking Spanish and ASL in college. I like fantasy and science-fiction, board games, pen and paper RPGs and videogames. My favorite color is red.

Grats, aubergine! That's super impressive! I hope that your depression gets better so you can see how much of an achievement it is :) Psychology is really hard, too! I take anxiety meds on top of my antidepressants. I'm of course only one person, but for me, I didn't get lost after being on them, I ...

Re: The Sex Thread 2: Because Two Hands Are Better Than One
Essured? You insured yourself against getting pregnant? Yep! Essure is a procedure where they put coils in your tubes, and over the next three months your body creates tissue around those coils, blocking your tubes completely. It's an alternative to tubal ligation, the main advantage being that it'...

Grats, aubergine! I had an IUD for 10 years and I was really happy with it, I hope your experience turns out as well as mine (I got essured once the 10 years were up, so no more IUD for me).

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
I'm going to agree with the others here. Your expectations are not her obligations. You projected things onto her that weren't true. It wasn't her betraying you. It was you being wrong, and that's not her fault. And it sucks for you, but she shouldn't be blamed for it. It's just unfortunate that it ...

Re: Pokemon GO!
Mu husband was in the hospital for the past week and I played Pokémon Go as one of many ways to pass time. There were PokéStops that were accessible from inside his room, and they were always lured. I didn't understand why at first. Then I learned that there is a whole movement of people luring Poké...

I thought I posted a message to you, Camel, but now I don't see it. And I'm glad your wife and your sister are there to support you. Good luck wi...

I'm out of Pokeballs. There are not any Pokestops on the map around my house. I don't know if there are any stops nearer to me in a 4 miles radius. I realise that this game puts you into a position for me of; do I buy a bus ticket to the next Pokestop or buy Pokeballs? I could walk the 4 miles, but...

Elomin, this word is associated with people with disabilities. As a result, it's similar to calling those people "gay" because of what they did. You're trying to insult them, but you're insulting them by comparing to other people, which means you're insulting that whole group by saying bei...

Re: Masculinity
Whenever people talk about the difficulty of being masculine without being toxic, I have an urge to share this documentary: Tough Guise . It's a good documentary about how boys and men are told to act in a toxic way, especially boys and men of colour and why it's a problem. I recommend giving it a w...
