Re: FD Rejected - Bears and Wine

More seriously, this is the problem with it. You come from a culture with an intensely higher level of wealth than the people you're visiting, and you always -- always! -- have the chance to escape. You can't really form a true eye-to-eye relationship there. Ultimately, it seems to me better not to...

Re: Magic: The Gathering: Whatcha mean, there's no thread yet?

Some guy had a milling deck with 4 of a card that makes you discard two at the beginning of your upkeep, and several of a card with flashback that makes you discard 3. I wished I had that card that makes it so you win instead of losing when it's your turn and you can't draw a card.

Of course you don't. That would be weird. On an unrelated not I check my PM box for new messages regularly so people shouldn't hesitate to send me a message for any variety of reasons.

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)

I don't think it counts as stalking if they film and post the videos themselves, encourage people to watch them, and if we talk about it on their own forums. I don't feel bad about it in the least. Now, if you were to, say, be in possession of videos or pictures you took yourself, personally, or had...

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)

Also if you want topless Paul, Ways to keep cool is a good place to start. That video has an awesome amount of male nudity and I love you for directing me to it. Thanks! I feel right at home here. A place where I can not only talk about topless Paul but get hooked up by another member? I'm never le...

Re: The Sex Thread

So, guys. Have you guys ever heard of a girl losing lubrication mid-sex, even while she's wildly aroused and says she's perfectly fine? Like, even mid penetration. It usually happens when they change position, it's a bit random though. Friend of mine's incredibly frustrated by it, she can't figure ...

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)

I think the answer here is obvious. We need them all to post topless pictures so we can hoard them... I mean make a decision (how do you cross out text?)

They should feel free to send them directly to my PM box.

Sorry, Paul's ranked first for me. But none of the LRR guys are unattractive so don't take it as an insult. Still, yeah, Team Paul all the way.

Who doesn't?

That's true. In retrospect, specifying it didn't make a whole lot of sense. It's like specifying that I eat food and breathe oxygen.
Oh well. It still feels nice talking about it even if it goes without saying.

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)

Good to see people introducing themselves! When I first joined and checked this thread it had nothing to do with introductions so I just stayed out of it. Anyways, you can call me Avi, I'm French and currently in France but my husband is Canadian and I lived in Canada for a few years. I'm separated ...

Re: Magic: The Gathering: Whatcha mean, there's no thread yet?

I just started playing a month ago. Took part in a tournament this weekend, didn't do too well but I did get a bunch of neat card. I was surprised how easily I got the hang of double-sided cards, and I loved being able to curse players. I'm really enjoying the Innistrad cards so far. Got a Garruk do...

Belgium is also famous for Tintin. But I think that is most definitely it. Oh and staying neutral. Switzerland is the neutral one. Belgium is the one that gets invaded by Germany on the way to France. They both have great chocolate though, and both speak more than one language, one of which is Fren...

Re: FD Rejected - Bears and Wine

Is it bad that this "vacation" thing actually sounded good to me? I'd love to go to various countries and learn how things are done there, and how better to do that than live with a family and share their daily lives?
It sounds pretty cool to me, honestly.

Re: 17 - Mexican Sex, Dolphins & Nudists

I know Canada has Canadian dollars, but those were clearly American dollars in the video. Well, Canada is close to the US and they've gone to conventions and stuff, so they probably have some left. I assume they're using US bills because US has one dollar bills when the smallest one in Canada is 5 ...

Re: 17 - Mexican Sex, Dolphins & Nudists

Canada has Canadian dollars. Most places don't accept American dollars, just like anywhere in the world rarely accepts other countries' money, although I've seen some that did for the same number value when the USD was much stronger than the CAD, which I'm not sure is still the case (so for instance...

Re: The Whole Story - Fire Hydrants

I had to pause at the dragons burning plasma TVs until I stopped laughing. That said, that occurs at the start and it's later said that TVs won't be invented for 400 years. Is that part of the joke? Quite evidently, all TVs having been destroyed by dragons, they had to be reinvented much later. I w...
