It looks like a DS game at that resolution... Possibly 3DS. Going to go out on a limb and say New Super Mario Bros 2.

Lots of good guesses, but Vigafre gets it. Glad someone remembers that game. However silly it was.

Yes, Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. I don't recommend it, but look it up and know that it is a thing that exists.
Just call me Dylan. It's easier to pronounce.
