Funny episode, and I like how there are partnerships that we haven't seen yet, like Tally and Kathleen (which is what I'm hoping for), but it didn't feel like it went as far as a few other episodes. A little too much running in place, maybe. It wasn't slow, I don't think; it just wasn't frantic like some other episodes (which can be better). Definitely ROFL'd at the 'and a pizza place' joke.
Also, the opening says "2008."
Also, was that the Tonight Show clip i sent you guys on Graham's compy? (I saw the TV had it in widescreen, which my camera can't record in)

That was actually Tim's character taking it very seriously, at face value.
Especially the "Forget it." "Oh, you're letting it slide already?"
Geoff and Tim's characters are obviously much less of a reflection of their actual selves. Tim is not nearly so thick in real life.

Awsome hustle guys!
I gota agree with people when they say that this is diffrent from your regular videos, but that what i think makes it so awsome! Its diffrent from the regular sketches that we have come to know and love! There is actual plot and yes the jokes, do seem more drwan out, but thats wut makes it so awsome, it makes seem more like a sitcom instead of just an awsome sketch! Good job with the camera work this time it was awsome! Good work all round, and i def cant wait to see how the plot develops!

I am too so thick! I resent your implication that my mind is thin!
I really like how this all came together.

Oooooohhhh. Now his character makes a lot more sense.
Also, yeah, it does say "2008" on the title screen. Didn't notice that the first time. Huh.

I liked the new camera work. It really, REALLY reminded me of Spaced.
I do think however that it needs to be balanced more with classic (we're already at a 'classic' stage, woah) cHustle.
Also, Morgan's not the worst homosexual anymore?
And why no man-voice? I missed the man voice.
Still, great video. I only hate that I have to wait a MONTH for the next. Damned long months.

If only our months were as short as in "Daylight Savings"...

While I felt like there was a heavy dose of plot buildup in this episode, it's done well enough that it isn't arduous to absorb. So, overall, it works, but I don't necessarily consider it on par with other episodes humor-wise. I'm sure it's entirely necessary, and I really look forward to cHustle 8.
Also, I concur on the new camera-work being very slick.

Yes, that's me. (It's "Friesen", though--my name was misspelled in the credits.)

New camera style was noticeable and a little strange, but I wouldn't say it was bad. I do prefer steady shots to drifting shots though.
Funny episode, but I agree that it was a bit...off.
Very, very sad to see the girl geeks only play final fantasy/RPG stereotype pop in.
Persona4 over Fallout3? Really?
However, it was nice to see RE4 get burned.

My plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity.

Fixed. Sorry Dale.
Also, I think this episode has plenty of jokes. That is me though.

We're not doing it as "a stereotype". Kathleen and Tally legitimately play those games, and legitimately dislike Fallout and Resident Evil. These are truths.
Stereotypes exist for a reason.

So...many...self references! It took me a while to look up some (though I wasn't that surprised, I applaud your mention of DanieleGiorgino's post on the tits vid). I'll avoid the list this time, and only say a couple things:
Is it just me, or did Morgan sound like a sophisticated evil villain there (probably the slowness)
I am finding myself more and more similar to Paul with every single video...
Because I can is my favorite justification for anything.
-"I am become death, destroyer of balls" Fantastic.
And I conclude by saying I thoroughly enjoyed this video, as I am a big fan of references to things (especially when I know what those things are). I didn't notice the slowness that much, other than with Morgan, and the camera style seemed more professional. Bravo!
