Basically, we're picking and choosing what is and is not cannon from all videos of "us playing us" prior to commodoreHUSTLE.

Ooooh so zombie Paul might still be in play.
War. War never changes. Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything, from God to justice to simple, psychotic rage.

The way I see it is like this: Paul is undead, but making a joke about it in cH would just be confusing to the people who don't know the back-story.

Yeah I doubt we'd make a direct reference to The Aftermath, even though it's still on the site.

I kinda figured really, cHUSTLE (Zany as it is) is considerably more grounded in reality than the videos that spawned Paul's undeath.

No promises.

Really, for an extra laugh/dimension to the story, watch a cHustle video and imagine that in each scene Paul is in, he is internally struggling to not eat the brains of his friends. Or go a step further and apply that practice to thingsonmyhead videos. Those eyes... those searching... hungry eyes...

Gahhh!! I've been searching for quite a while now and I still can't seem to find any sort of clip showing the nunchuk fail on the Tonight Show! Sure I've seen the clip in the episode, but I'm one of those obsessive guys who likes to see the source of it all instead of seeing the 3rd person perspective (at least when it comes to viral/internet videos in general).

Like when Jeremy mentioned the "3 PS3s" video, I immediately paused the Hustle episode and looked up the video so that I could understand the reference.

Oh, by the way... AWSOME SHOW! I've only just become a fan recently, but I kind of wandered over from Zero Punctuation, over to Unskippable, and finally over to LRR.

I have to say though, I was intrigued when I saw the faces that accompanied Paul's and Graham's voices. Both are quite good looking despite the totally geeky lifestyles portrayed. Though at the same time, I'd hope that I don't fit the stereotypical nerd look either despite my deep gaming roots.

(Is it grammatically fitting to have used 'despite' twice there?... hmm...)

Well all right, I'll take that as a compliment.

Theoretically, you should be able to find the footage on www.hulu.com or the NBC website, as all the Jay Leno clips are posted there.
I haven't tried to find it because they're region coded for the US.

Oh yeah... I forgot that you guys are in Canada... ahh, you guys got some good bands coming out of there.

By the way, I really appreciate that the moderators themselves reply to forum posts. It makes you guys seem really sincere and caring to your fan base. Well, to me at least.

God... I hope I'm not coming across as stalker-ish...

Aaaanyway... Props to you guys (and gals!) and keep up the good work!

Hahaha, you'll get how the things you said are funny if you stick around a while longer :D

Yeah, the LRR forums are a haven of calm in the wild, terrible seas of the interwebs. The things about your post that are amusing are that you tihnk you might be the only one on here that thinks it's nice the moderators and/or crew reply and care. We all think that and are greatful to them :)
The other thing is thinking that you're coming accross as stalker-ish. Believe me, you got nothin' on some :P

I hope you do stick around, it's allways cool to get new people.

:P

Welcome to the forums by the way: I think it says a lot that one of the main discussions going in the general forum when I joined was a sensible, mature discussion about pornography, the last thing I would have expected on an internet forum.

Anyway, I'll stop there before this turns into the introduction thread completely...

Or maybe a hockey mask? Both for the reference and the irony...

I just thought I'd say...
I like it when Paul balances things on his head.
._. I re-watch those videos every day. I don't know.. why.. I just do. ._.
Please don't ever change.
