Yeah, I thought Scalebound looked kinda cool. I was always disappointed I found no-one to play Monster Hunter with.

If you tell your therapist you've killed like 400 people with a bow and arrow, do they have to report that to somebody?
I don't know about other countries, but due to the protections in the US of doctor-patient-privilege, in most states therapists only are allowed/obligated to report if their patient is going to harm someone.

Or if there was child-abuse. It varies state by state, but I'm pretty sure child-abuse is federal.
