Kathleen phoning Paul was totally legit, and unplanned with Paul beforehand.

He picked up on it quickly, but he wasn't expecting it.

Shouldn't Paul have been credited then? Technically?

Not really. It was before the credits.

Random Edit: I was expecting more this when the Facebook story was mentioned.

Kathleen at least your New Zealand accent does not sound Australian.

I love Feed Dump. It's a reborn, regular scheduled Phailhaus and that alone is enough to make me insanely happy. I do not mind the fact I nearly choked on my Pepsi laughing. Very well done.

Admirable attempts by Admiral Stark at the end.

If you say nerd in that long mocking way then that is the closest I can think of to Ø
so will you guys use Å next?

This past weekend, my wife mentioned it would be really funny if they had Adam on Feed Dump. My initial reaction was that Adam might be too out there for something that you're presumably getting paid for. However, now that I've seen what Alex got away with, I really want Adam on the show now!

Long live the Feed Dump. Failhause was always one of my favorites. I'm so glad it's a regular thing now. Well done.

Awesome pheed dump! Kathleen's kiwi accent was truly terrible.

I loved the Fezes, and the multiple other hats.

Alex and Kathleen are both awesome, they should come back to the Pheed dump soon.

Good stuff this week. Loved the callbacks at the end.

Graham's attempts at speaking were quite admirable.

I think they should go with Æ, and the word Ær (maple) or Ærø (maple island one of the 406 danish island)

also Ø danish for island, island danish for iceland.

like all Danes, I think it's cool when someone mentioned something Danish

I, for one, am eagerly awaiting the discovery of whether you can shiv someone with a carrot.

Also why someone would smuggle in excess of 400 turtles. I know they're expensive turtles, but still.

I also noticed that there seem to be more hats each week. I approve of that, but aren't we eventually going to reach hat saturation?

OK, here's the thing. Duckay knows I freaking love making charts. So I decided to work out the haturation point. I figured over 50% of shots involving a hat would count. Episode 3 hit the haturation point. Thanks, Alex.

Image

As we can see, shots involving no headwear (mostly involving Graham) remain fairly static throughout all three episodes. Shots involving wigs and non-prescription eyewear likewise remain quite static. But hats and prescription eyewear went through the ROOF in episode 3 thanks to Alex, putting us well above the haturation point.

ps. These counts may be wildly inaccurate. Seriously, it's hard to count.

Alex skewed the results by bringing his own hat.

Also, that graph is amazing.

I don't believe we hat quite reached haturation point yet, though playing TF2 may have desensitized me somewhat, as seeing people wearing up to three hats at once is commonplace. Also: I cannot wait to see the rejected stories for this week, should there be one.

Further analysis backs you up. Yes folks, let it never be said that I do a sloppy job, or at least, having DONE a sloppy job, that I don't fix it. I have improved my methodology, and am now fairly confident in my counting of scenes. Here's what I have:

Image

As you can see, my previous efforts got the rough changes in level correct, but were far too extreme in their predictions. My new count produces a milder result, but still demonstrates the dramatic increase in hat and prescription eye-wear shots in episode 3.

But, and I should have realised this, they do NOT count haturation. So, here are pie charts showing how many shots contained hats, versus how many did not.

Image

So far we have NOT hit haturation point; but we came perilously close. Without further measures, I fear haturation is inevitable.

(Oh, and yes, I absolutely intend to keep this up.)
