I was getting so annoyed by the stay in the air challenge, I did something you guys couldn't do.

I skipped ahead to the next part.

Well... this one took a while without getting much done, but if what you said is true then there's only two more episodes left. Looking forward to the finale!

Between the new gameplay mechanics discovered and the other fights that looked so easy Graham could've done them blindfolded and sleeping it's almost like they have a tutorial level at the end of the game.

So basically, that challenge was "Exploit this glitch we couldn't be bothered to fix, so we turned it into a strange rodeo minigame"

After that video, I think Brad would be an awesome, niche, pop-star. Doing Latin covers of all your favorite tracks. Or, you know, just get hired by games companies when they need a "Cathedral Scene"

Since we're nearing the end, I just want to say that it never occurred to me that those chains Dante was breaking were the Chains of Judecca, nor did I know that he was unknowingly setting Lucifer free. You would think that I should have seen it coming, but...nope.

Spoiler: I still think that's what happens, but the game never really makes it clear.

Sorry. I should have inputted the spoiler tags. Fixed, now.

But yeah, it's like another plot decides to show itself at the end of the game.

I wasn't meaning that you should have tagged yours as a spoiler, I was saying to you, that the chains don't really come up, and jokingly referring to it as a spoiler :)

The thing is though, Satan, from what I recall in the Inferno, is actually frozen into the ice himself as well, while chewing on the three most treacherous men in history, including Judas Iscariot. There really aren't chains holding him down.

And then, to leave Hell, Dante and Virgil climb down his hairy legs. Best trip to Purgatory evar!!

(Jaebird, I was totally wrong, those ARE the chains, it DOES come up, but it's glossed over so casually that I forgot)

Look at 15:25 in the final part and you'll see CG Satan does indeed have a penis, covered in fur for some reason.

Well that was a thing. A giant floppy donkey dong thing.

I think I can safely say I have no interest in playing this game after watching this. Admittedly I do not think it is the sort of game I would play to begin with.

The eternal question is what the hell's (pfft) going to be in the sequel? Purgatory's just Dante walking up a hill being admonished of his mortal vices. There's some odd stuff to see a la Hell but still. Heaven's worse he just flies around looking at planets and then becomes part of God who's this abstract machine-thing

Well given that Limbo was (apparently) supposed to be a fairly reasonable happy place and got turned into walls made out of people and body-vomiting faces in the background I'm confident the developers would make one or two changes to Purgatory.
