I'd love to see something co-op. I'm fine with split screens. Really! Is the Resident Evil 5 co-op mode too awkward?

This might be a stupid question, but would playing something that's actually good gameplay but is still super-goofy at times be better or worse than what's been picked in the past? I wonder if it's funnier to let them play a fun game and react to it, or see them about to launch the console into deep space like at the end of Cursed Crusade.

We clearly don't want them playing Cursed Crusade level of bad but on special occasions. They'd become inured to it. However, I think the general format of GPLP is supposed to be MST3K for video games, the way Unskippable is for their cutscenes. I don't know how good the MST3K style is with good things.
