Just as I was assembling a collection of the nWoD, Onyx Path announces a second edition.
It's all over but the crying. And the taxes.

I'm terrible at coming up with names for things, but I feel the rifle my Pathfinder character uses needs one now. "Trueseeing Harvesting Axiomatic Holy Greater Designating Repeating Rifle of Holy Fire (Plus some other abilities) +2" just doesn't quite roll off the tongue.

Turns out that when you combine a mythical forge, the mechanical eye of a slain demigod, and a GM who plays fast and loose with the official rules...you can rack up a lot of item bonuses.

Hmm.

Requiem doesn't really need one, but I could see room for improvement.

Werewolf and Changeling do not need one, full stop, they are goddamn near perfect as is. Also Hunter, though it's a radically different beast.

Mage needs one pronto, though. Gah, that game was a mess.

Requiem technically already has one. They're just reskinning Blood and Smoke.

Mage, Werewolf, and Promethean are the only ones I know of getting a second edition right now. I haven't played any of them enough to render an opinion. I've read all the Changeling books and I love everything about it, but have never gotten the chance to play it.

For those who like Alien and Lovecraft, and play Call of Cthulhu this might be something worth looking at.
