That was an amazing video. It made up for not being able to see the peanuts cartoon this year.

Very good video guys. I'm calling dibs on Snoopy Jer as a gif. Man, I've never see him spaz out like that. But anyway, it was really cute, and I enjoyed it.

Merry Christmas, Happy Channukah, and so on.

Guys, that was fantastic. I haven't actually laughed out loud at an LRR video in a while, but Snoopy's dance cracked me up.

you know, I recently heard of a new-fangled invention. The technology is pretty new, so you may not have heard of it before, but it's called "video recording". Yeah! I know! Apparently you can now make a copy of a program, and play it back later! All you need is a player and a "video-casette", though I've heard you might also be able to do it with a "digital versatille disc". Apparently some stores even let you rent these "recordings" so you can watch a show any time you like!

The future is here, my friend.

OMG that would have been hilarious! As it is, I'm still giggling at Jer as Snoopy. I really did laugh out loud at that part! And Tally was just too cute in this!

Merry Christmas guys! I love the Christmas specials!

Spot on characterizations there, and very funny.

Though I will say my laughter during Paul's speech was a little strained as I realized everything he was saying is true. And it's only emphasized by the fact that I was just about to wrap presents for everyone before I decided to check and see if the video was up. Ah well.

Oh, and nice medley from Bradley Rains.

In response to the floating discussion of Jer-dancing-as-Snoopy, I'd like to say I would pay cash money for him to entertain if I were to have a party.
CASH. MONEY.

Video was awesome, though! I just wish Graham delivered his lines dead-pan, like Charlie Brown does. Even when Charlie Brown's angry, it sounds like he's debating the finer points of the application of thermo-dynamics in sub-space generating flux capacitors. With Ben Stein. While he's asleep.

Or maybe I'm an American, and think everything is too exciting?

Sadly they live in the wrong part of Canada for that. Namely, pretty much the only part of Canada where you cannot depend on snow this time of year.

I can barely remember Peanuts from when I was a kid, so I didn't get any of the references (just that it seemed vaguely familiar to some Christmas movie/special), but the video was still hilarious on its own merit.

The shirt tipped me off, then I started seeing the references. I suddenly have a strange desire to watch Graham try to kick a football.

Excellent writing from Kathleen, great delivery from the cast, bonus points for the childhood nostalgia. Well done, LRR. Well done. The Escapist doesn't know what they're in for.

Do they have "A Charlie Brown Christmas" at video rental places? If not, you're screwed, so let me again emphasise:
Or you could just use torrents.

Seriously they only showed the Peanuts Christmas once for you? Around here it seems like the ABC station shows it immediately after Thanksgiving and then as often as they can get away with afterwards. Must be your local station actually has something else to air.

WRT the video - awesome. I've always been a huge fan of Peanuts and especially the Christmas special. It was weird how perfect of a fit everyone seemed for their roles too.
