Are there any microwaves left? If so, every other week you should do a Will It Nuke video for Whatever. Take suggestions and what not.

I do marshmallows all the time. They're delicious when they're gooey and warm. And they expand to giant sizes!

I actually felt sad about the Furby... does that means I have a problem? It looked so sad when you put it in there, like it knew its last seconds were upon it. :(

The plasma globe was really cool, it sounded like it was reaching critical mass right before it burst into flames.

While the x-mas lights on the giant mass of marshmallows was the best, the plasma ball was wicked cool looking. Bursting into fire is always awesome.

Now all we need is a man sized microwave, and clothes made out of steel wool!

Microwaves are a type of electromagnetic waves. Some molecules such as water molecules are polar, one end of the molecule has a negative charge and other has a positive charge similar to how a magnet has north and south poles. These molecules try to align them selves to the changing electromagnetic field causing them to rotate rapidly, heating them up. In conductors such as metals the changing electromagnetic field can cause voltage differences across a material which causes a current to flow, heating the material. The voltage differences can also cause arcing when the resulting electric field is sufficient to break down air turning it from an insulating gas to a conducting plasma.

The waves used by most microwaves have a wavelength of 12 cm. The front window of the microwave is made up of many small holes each less than a few millimeters across so visible light (which have wavelengths millions of times shorter than a meter) can escape the microwave so you make sure your dinner does not explode while preventing the microwaves from escaping.

Although people often talk about 'nuking' their food microwaves have nothing to do with nuclear processes and as such Geiger counters are unnecessary.

So there isn't really any risk of sitting in front of a microwave and cooking yourself?

No, I do not think microwaves would still be sold if the were a health risk just by standing by them. Even so I do not suggest placing your primary sexual organs in close proximity to the microwave.

Did anyone else think that Paul bears a striking resemblance to the furby? Especially when he opens his eyes wide right before putting it in.

I was hoping you'd throw the Furby back in after you hosed it off.

Also, the Tesla ball rocked, even though it got destroyed in the process.

Did you make microwave guns with the microwaves, afterwards?

and why didn't you do the classic CD's lighting up? BTW I loved that flood light where it appear to have the metal disintegrate but came out perfect... :)

Awesome! That quantum light bulb blew my mind.

I think whatever you decide to the christmas special on at the end of the year, it should be sprinkled with intermittent shots of sparkling christmas lights in the microwave.

Who was in the yellow body suit with the (I'm guessing) geiger counter?

Edit: Further, can we get a version with more of the audio of you guys reacting to stuff? Possibly also things that didn't make it into this cut due to (again I'm guessing) being mildly less interesting?
