Great video guys. I love the angry voice machine and then the twist at the end that Graham cared about the machine the whole time. If I worked at a customer service place, I would mess with callers just like this. Keep up the great work guys

Is this the same person that was in Format Wars, or was that "really" Graham and Matt?
Sometimes I am confused as to when the cast is playing itself, and when it's playing people who merely resemble themselves.
Please clarify.

I enjoyed this video as a whole, it just all worked greatly together and became just amazing when there was the reveal of the CSers all in the same room together.
And the joke at the end threw me for a loop. I LOVE absurd out of nowhere humour and with everything the automated assisting robot was saying through the video there could be no better closing joke than that. It was just... perfection.

Here's a guide to help you out with that:
The actors are playing themselves: They wear official LRR gear that you can probably purchase, and refer to each other by their real names.
The actors are playing characters: they wear costumes, and refer to each other by silly names.
The actors are playing with your mind: they come over to your house without any pants. Not even shirt-pants.

Custamer Service
glorious man love aside. You don't even have to explain it
I suspect that this video was much much longer judging by the quick-cut to the final operator. I also hope that romance between a man and a answering machine is referenced later, but I doubt that it will because Graham used a character name.

Nope, just a jarring edit.
Which cut specifically?

Very nice video! I liked the absurdity of the automated answering device's dialog and it quick evolution from funny misinterpretation (I'm curious why a cell phone provider would offer male escorts. XD) to needy dialog. Very nice delivery, Kate!
The semi-twisted ending was a nice touch, and the ad, while again touching on the eerie realm of Matt's nether regions, came across very well. (At first, I thought you were adding LRR kilts to the store!)

I tend to be overly apologetic. Sorry about that.
