After weeks of lackluster vids, you finally pull out the stops and make this wonderful thing.

Thanks.

Furthermore, Kate was bloody adorable in the t-shirt ad, was she not?

KATHLEEN. /facepalm

Also, are you sure you've been watching the same videos I have for the last few weeks?

You also fail at spelling :P

Awesome video this week.

T-shirt ad was cute.
Grahams voice in the beginning is alot more ridiculous then any other video that is using that tone.
Paul's character works really well without beard.
Those inflatable santas are quite scary... If one of those were just sitting at the end of my bed, I would be scared shitless.
Also Ill be intrigued to hear how they did the tinsel attack scene.

Also, Nate + Kate = Relationship? (just a random thought)

Just for the video, they weren't playing themselves in this one. If they were playing themselves in addition to the other characters, half the cast being dead would kinda hurt cH, so it wouldn't be canon.

I think he really pulled it off well sans beard, especially with military-bald Morgan next to him and bearded scientist Graham.

The unfortunate thing is all his usual characters suffer so much without a beard. Maybe Ulric's leadership gets usurped by Ragnar?

Just like a Stephen King novel-film but shorter. I'm sure he's pissed you beat him to the punch.

Funny. I liked the tree attack the most. Sending out it's glittery tentacles.

Is it sad that I couldn't have named ragnar as a character?

I didn't even know the other two WoD had names. Man I laughed so hard when the santa suit was empty! That was unexpected for me. This one was really funny. Also, I have an idea. Maybe Paul's recurring characters that might work better with the beard can take a vacation from videos while he's clean-shaven. That would make room for new material.

My condolences to Roscoe IV.

Considering how many references the crew makes to "The Sam Raimi", I'd be pretty surprised if they didn't think of that.
What a bizarre scene.

Man, how much did the three Santa's cost? Or did you guys just have them lying around..?

Also.. Though I miss Paul's beard, a clean shaven chin really makes him look younger. His actual age, as opposed to 5 years older or something.

Kate.

They REALLY don't look that much alike.

I wasn't fooled, but they really really do look alike in this video.

I meant in general. The frequency with which people - even dedicated fans - make that mistake is borderline absurd. I mean, it's also kind of hilarious, but seriously - they don't look THAT alike - you should be able to tell them apart.

-m

It's like you & Tim. You look similar, but there's a lot of differences that are easy to notice.

Also, for some reason, this also felt very similar to Final Destination in some respects. Mainly in that an incorporeal force (Death in FD, Christmas Spirit in this video) while showing warning signs of its plans executes those plans in a seemingly violent way.

Amazing work....
Yeah it's weird to see Paul without a beard now but for the general character it worked wonders. Where did you get the uniform that he's wearing?

This was really awesome.

Beardless Paul is really growing on me, especially when you put him in a nice coat like that. I think you have a "new" lead male character on your hands. And head-shaved Morgan? I think it also suits him and his womanizing characterization from the older vids.

I am one of the ones who cannot tell Kate from Kathleen, but in my defense, I have only been mainlining eps here and there. (Note: I also could not tell Matt from Tim in the last Rapidfire vid, but I'm getting there.)

Effects were awesome, and they totally made the video. I am only slightly disappointed by the lack of stinger music (like the violin screeches in Psycho) but I'll get over it.

Not sure which attack I like the best, but I have to admit that maybe the "disappearing Santa" would have gone over better if he'd been tall like Bill, then as the attack went on, he started to shrink (by having other people flail about).

Watch it here! It's a very gory scene during the film's climactic battle. The scene begins at about the four minute mark & the effects in question are within twenty seconds of that. Backwards acting!

You are warned, of course, that it's all very gory & gross, not for children or church, etc.

I was thinking specifically of that scene from Evil Dead actually.

"What did this to you? Someone in the forest?!"
"No! It was the forest itself!!"

Sigh.
