Alphie had a great time at Supanova. I didn't get quite as many pics as I'd like but he's got some good photos with some cosplayers.

Funny story: I was standing out there at Supernova, holding up the sign (with the loading ready run logo, and below that my forum name); whole bunches of people were trying to work out what it meant as I varied strategies from walking up and down the queue and just standing near the doors.

And as I stand near the door, two guys begin loudly speculating as well, thinking it might be some contest thing. One yells at me, "Yeah, I'll have it! I'll win! What do I win?"

I call back, "Nothing unless you know the password!"

So he walks over, and fires, "Onetwothreefour?" I shake my head. So he tries, "Password?"

"Nope. And it's not swordfish, either."

Which is exactly when EikoandMog shows up: "Pagonophobia."

"You are a winner, sir!"

Oh wow, I never knew I had such great timing. I was actually running late due to cityrail being its usual self.

Yes, indeed. I know for sure I've seen you hanging out in the Brennan Room, and I'm pretty sure we have some peripheral friends in common. I wouldn't know you by name, but I'm sure I've spoken to you before.

In fact, just to get weird, is it possible that I was a rude bitch who interrupted you one time while you were trying to explain Desert Bus For Hope to a friend, and helped you explain? I did that to someone at the university. I'm not sure if it was you.

More than likely you've seen me in the Brennan room. I spend most of my time in the GT Bar lately though. I'm not sure if I've really tried to explain Desert Bus to anyone at university, I did however put up some fliers for Desert Bus 4. Anyway, I've been working and totally do not feel like trying to work out a comic so that's on hold for a little while.

I haven't been there for a while, I graduated in April. Still, small world, hey? That was weird. And it turns out, I still need to track down that rogue LRR fan at the Uni I interrupted, and apologize.

Attempting the comic makes me realise that I have absolutely no image manipulation skills at all.

It helps that I had software MADE for making comics. Trust me, I have no skill either, just good software.

I'm just using GIMP. I'm making some progress but it's not easy.

Whew, it's done. That took far longer than I thought it would. A tad small but I didn't really want it to be too big if I'm posting it on a message board.

Having spent some time with Alphie, I think he's one of the more gentle Creepy Dolls.

Don't get me wrong, he's still friggin' creepy, but he's less about the reaping than some.
