Yes, Alphie is still safe & sound with me, resting on my mantle with my bust of H.P. Lovecraft.



This has been a very unfortunate season with me as far as photography goes. I got a few photos, but then my camera stopped working & I sent it back to Sony for warranty service. A few weeks later they sent me a refurbished one, which stopped working after a couple more weeks. So I sent THAT one back & now they tell me it's water damaged & no longer covered under warranty. >_< So I'll just use my cell phone now, right? Well apparently the Droid 2 has its own problems so I'll just say that my replacement phone should be arriving this Friday.


I'm really so very & truly sorry that I've monopolized Little Alphie for so very long. With all the stupid camera stuff in addition to the three weddings & two funerals I've had to deal with, it's been a season of setbacks. Once I get my new phone I'll use it for some cool 3D shots & sent him along his way with his own set of glasses.

Yeah, that or this is just a demonstration of how much work Paul does to keep this under control on a daily basis. It's crazy.

Also, I love that 3d one evil Jim!! I like seeing Alphie with statues. It really shows how little the littlest reaper is. Did you see the one I posted on Flickr of him with Mr. Roosevelt? So teeny!

I'm currently waiting on a friend who helped me take some of the photos up by the capitol. I have some more of my own to do & then I'll start uploading to Alphie's own special album.

I have a serious emotional connection to the little guy. I bathed him, sewed his torn fabric up, spent an amazing peak of spring with him.

If something happened to him I will see to it that someone gets punched in the throat.
