You may have seen Daddy Ashton reading the 'Admin at the End of the Book' Lord Hosk wrote and hired me to art. I'm open for commissions.

Is the chat itself readable in the high-res version?

Check it out! This is an Engineering Design team trying to go a competition on the other side of the country!

http://www.gofundme.com/SeismiGators

I know I'm still pretty new to the forums itself, and I've been super nervous and waffling over posting this, but here goes:

This is for my senior project. Our group was one of 30 or so invited to go to the competition, specifically the Seismic Design Competition held by EERI. We're super excited! But, it's costing us about $1000 each to go to the conference. Now, some of us are better off than others and can manage that cost, but some of us are relying on donations to help cover our attendance without endangering our ability to stayed housed and fed and such. As much as our school wants to help us, we only got about $500 in total from the department, and we have about $1000 in materials fees already, which doesn't include shipping our structure (probably another $300) to the competition.

That's the basics. We're going either way, but your help will make it a lot easier for us to be there. If you find it in your heart to throw us a couple bucks, we will all, and I will especially, greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

I'll add my voice to the support of Betsy on her crusade to conquer the seismic competition. Betsy is an awesome fem-engi-nerd, with a great personality and bright future. Her only negative is residing in the Bay area, that is way too far away and soooper expensive. ;) If I had money, I'd give it to her.

I have a webcomic now... Started working on the concept ten years ago (ouch) but only started creating pages as you can now see them in January.

It's called The Meddlers, it's all vector art and updates once a week on Wednesdays. I'm hoping to get to update more often eventually but so far I struggle enough to complete pages on time every week (I have a buffer so being a bit late doesn't mean the update is late too, fortunately).

It's about teenagers with powers although at this point the powers mostly haven't manifested yet.

Hey, so JackSlack and I are doing Live Below the Line for the Oaktree Foundation this year. We are eating on $2 a day for the next 5 days. I know a charity based in another country is not necessarily something that you would want to support, but anything you can offer would be amazing.

Good luck! I did that for a couple of years, took me a while to really get into the rhythm though, 5 days isn't nearly enough! Hope you manage to eat healthy and don't go hungry too much.

Avistew: I'm all caught up with your comic and I can't wait to see where the story goes. Lots of characters, and I like the diversity.

Do you like my art?
Do you want to buy some things with my art on?

Got to http://www.zippi.co.uk/portfolio/stephenwillisart!

If you've seen my past art stuff (which isn't on there) and you sincerely want to buy a thing with it on it, PM me and I'll get it up. I lose nothing adding more designs on.

I am doing let's plays on Youtube, mostly of GBA roms that I downloaded. I'm nearly done with my Spyro Attack of the Rhynocs Let's Play, and I have an ongoing series where I play Duels 2012 in the Archenemy mode weekly. When I finish with Spyro, I'd love to have some people vote on what game I should play next.
My Youtube Channel. Currently, I have a daily series where I play games that I like. Right now, it's Double Dragon Advance. I also have a weekly series where I play as the Archenemy from Duels 2012

I recently finished a short story (technically novelette if we're being specific) that I've put up for sale on Amazon, with the help of the very talented Elomin Sha, who did the Admin at the End of the Book for DB8 (www.Judan.DeviantArt.com to see more of their work)

Anyway, this is something that I've been wanting to write for awhile now. I had an earlier draft that I was never happy with, but during DB8 I was inspired to start working on it again. Really, the LRR community as a whole served as a major motivational source.

The story primarily focuses on a teenager dealing with their gender identity and trying to find acceptance, both on a personal level as well as with their friends and family. My goal was to create a short story that addressed the issue because I believe it is very important, but I also believe that a lot of people don't understand the issue. Admittedly, that's less of an issue with this specific community. If you're interested/know anyone who might be interested, the book is available at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01521SQ70/ref ... le_ext_tmb

If anyone has questions/comments/whatever else, whether about the book or publishing on Amazon (it isn't nearly as intimidating as you might suspect) please feel free to PM me.
I wrote a story! It can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01521SQ70/ref ... le_ext_tmb

I also wrote another one! It can be found at http://amzn.to/1pYDokF
