Hi. I'm James. I breathe tinwhistles and irish flute. Las Vegas is my home, 117 degrees F, yeah!
I don't know where the heck Victoria is. I 'discovered' LRR through weeklydv.com. What I was doing there with a 56k connection, I don't know. Now I download your super-much-bigger files instead. Life is funny.

Las Vegas? Awesome!
Slowly we are expanding our viewer area! Spread the word in Vegas.

As for where Victoria is, here's a map, and directions.
http://worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/namerica/namera.gif

Locate yourself on the map, you're in Nevada right? Well go north and a little west until you find Vancouver Island, on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. Victoria is on the very bottom tip of that island, the bit that looks like it's poking into Puget Sound in Washington.

Glad you like the site!

Thanks. Really nice place you got here.

Irish traditional music makes me so happy I get frustrated. "That is so good it's not even funny. Ugh, the goodness is annoying!" I say to myself when listening to a jig. I took up tinwhistle and Irish flute to annoy myself even more.

But Alanis Morissette is my idol (even though she gets progressively more boring through the years). And where's that harmonica?

I know about Alanis. I had to review her latest CD for work and god... it was dull. I had a very hard time thinking of things to say about it.

Harmonica! Well, the four guys and box of hats video has Andy playing Harmonica... and if you want to hear great use of harmonica in a rock song, try Sea Song, by doves. A cool British band.

Hey! I'm in Ireland at the moment, and the Irish music is rampant. Tin whistles galore! And the Guiness is pouring like water.....God Bless the Irish.

I can't beleive I haven'tposted here yet....

Um, my name is Ash, I work at Mcfucks so I hate myself and I want to die....

yeah just kidding.

*ahem*

I'm 18 and the youngest of the circle of friends here in Victoria, I haven't decided what I want to do career-wise, but I'm starting to think if I put a litle more effort in to my art work I could come up with something sell-able.

I draw Canadian Waste in the comic section, and at an earlier time "pigtails", my shortlived anime comic... I understand that my style changes with my mood, but I'll find a good one someday.

Umm... I was recognized in the mall the other day by one of Jer's friends. Thank you LRR for my 15 minutes of fame.

Errg, my turn, i guess...I'm Dana, I'm an almost-finished comp-sci at UNBC, and I vanished for the summer into a black pit of despair and selling fast food to idiots. I too, hate myself, Ash. Let's see, is there anything else to say? no. I get to build a robot this year.

I'm Chris. I live in the frozen north of Prince George.

I like music. Heavy music. Like Strapping Young Lad or anything else by Devin Townsend.

I like philosophy. I'm probably sick because I like philosophy. I read it in my spare time, not just for school.

I want to grow up to become a hip teacher at a high school or university. The kind of teacher that listens to heavy metal and plays video games.

I think too much and do too little.

I'm also a musician. Another reason for concern about my health.

Don't worry, Ash, Dana. You girls don't have to hate yourself.

I'll hate you -both- enough for the three of us!
Conserve your hating energy to things more practical, such as:

Suicide!
Backalley abortions!
Cancer!
The knowledge that you'll end up in the cold, dark ground no matter -what- you do!
Hating me!

Aww, Allen, how could you POSSIBLY hate Ash and me? WE're cute girls that talk to you on a really cool forum, you must love us for being funny and smart, and vastly entertaining. I would save my hate for the general stupidity that is rampant in the modern world, but hating them is so much less effective than giving cattle prods to those who can punish them greatly. Plus, hating them is a lot of work, and I'm lazy.

I think you can get those, G.

And Dana.
I can hate you with the incredible ease that comes with years and years and years of daily practice at hating people, especially women.
And "I hate you" doesn't mean what you think it means =P

Wow.
Allen, you must have some crazy hating skills...it's a lot of work to hate people, and I am far to lazy to partake in such action...so i suppose I should be flattered that you are able to hate me with such ease, and style. Hm. I'm fairly certain that I don't really want to know what you mean by hate, either... :?

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!! sweet god... *wipes a tear*

i suppose i ought to introduce myself as well...

q: why do women worship you?

a: well i discovered their secret. they all secretly love facials and so all i have to do is casually mention in conversations that i blow a huge load and tend to aim it at the faces of the ladies and they're all mine.

q: you realise, of course, that you make no sense, don't you?

a: are you patronizing me?? i didn't come here to be ridiculed by my mental inferiors.

q: ummm... this isn't going well... i thought even you could make it through more than one question...

a: get out of my house! this interview is over! your wife likes it when i spunk all over her face!

ok ok, from here on in i'm just gonna list my interests because the interviewer had an 'accident'

bartending
firefighting
photography
starting my own country and becoming supreme dictator for life
becoming a comedian
writing a book/screenplay
going to university just for the poon
facials
the combination of university/photography/facials
making fun of bills girth/sexual orientation

that's about it

Ugh... 'guess I should give fair-warning about my presence.

I'm Johnny Lunchbox, and I'm a dick.

No, that isn't my real name, but I'm going to ride that one out as a professional pulp-pen-name for as long as possible. Which might not be long, 'cause it doesn't sound very professional.

I think that's about all there really is to know about me.

Oh, and I know a couple of the UNBC'ites.

Yeah. That's it.

Hello,

My name's Jessica and I heard about this site through Kei-Kon last year. I've been watching the vids every week and checking out the forum so I thought it time to actually sign up.

I'm in second year at UVic, in sciences. I like anime (obviosuly) as well as hockey (to watch), fastball (to play), basketball (to play), ancient history and music.

This site is probably my number one means of procrastination. Which is good but bad.

Favourite videos: X Ways to End a Movie and LoadingReadyRap

If you want to know more about me, just ask ^_^

Actually, I don't know if I've posted here yet, so...

I'm Alex, LRR's official foreign correspondent living overseas in Toronto.

And by overseas I mean the water between Victoria and Vancouver. Or Whatever ocean(s) are in the opposite direction.
