I don't see this as a decline for the Runners. I see it as allowing for much faster growth: you're ALL Runners now!

Soooo, is there a point to this thread being stickied anymore? Isn't it mostly the rules on how to join and a list of recruits?

I'm not complaining or anything I literally just realised about 10 seconds before I made that post.

As per the details avaliable it reveals that only to took part in to that ones you paricipate there is maximum chance of getting shortlisted for sure.
