Do you recommend cooking this roast for the stated 3 hours or the forgot-it-in-the-oven 4 hours? It looked to turn out pretty good both ways.

honestly, my style of cooking is just off the cuff. i can't really recommend anything too specific due to not really knowing what i'm making usually. just use your best judgement and try it different ways every time. you'll develop your own style.
