Re: Matt Gets His Groove
Hehe, very nice.
I was wondering for some seconds if I had clicked the wrong link.
Shame that it isn't as long as it used to be, but hell it did great with that length.
Still, the plot left me asking myself a profound "wah?" and I'm looking forward to more ch.
Also, hello LLR-Forums. *waves*

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
Is this like a sub-cH vid? It was shorter and didn't have the cH in the title of the vid...?
Either way, hilarious. The muffin part was the best... but I gotta wonder how you guys keep it together when out there, in a store, doing that....

Awesome vid.
It is actually a neat allegory of how LRR are maturing as a group and an idea and I look forward to the rest of the season

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
so is the new format more along the lines of your old videos where you just do sketches where you play yourselves without a huge story arc kinda thing. Cause it looks like that's what you are going for, and I approve. I miss the videos where you would pull off an original sketch while occasionally self referencing.
It allows for newcomers to enjoy the videos and long time viewers to get that extra bit of fanservice.

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
Loved the 3 PS3's joke, and I LOVE that Graham couldn't shove the muffin in his face without laughing. Freakin' hilarious, and I'm totally fine with the new format. Surprised there were no jokes about toothpaste...
Re: Matt Gets His Groove
Awesome video! But how will Graham brush his teeth without Matts toothpaste?

I could write down everything I loved in this video, but then I would basically be giving you the script back, so I'll refrain.
In short, it was very good.
You got a lot of awesome stuff into a shorter space, the pacing was great and I laughed a whole bunch. More please, LRR

It's just various people talking and sometimes they do things in brackets

I love the "aww muffin" lines in your videos. I've taken to occasionally using it with my friends especially in DnD.
I think I like the fact that CHustle is just the "us playing us" videos with a continuous universe but no over-arching plot. I missed those.

When it came to the Gabrielle joke, I had to pause the video to get the insane amount of laughter out of my system. So good, so funny

That was hilarious. lol. Loved the callback to the "3 PS3s" and laundry, among others. Also, I like the new format, really cool!

I think it was fantastic that, having NEVER seen that show, I was like "I'm guessing Gabrielle is like Matt....hm....obviously the staff...what else?"
I still found that joke somewhat funny.

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
I just thought about something. Was all that "new leaf" stuff a scheme so Matt wouldn't have to move stuff himself? I was thinking about that for a while.

"That's such a waste of a perfectly good muffin!"
".... No it isn't!"
Genius. My only gripe was this was that it was shorter although I'm sure you had a reason for this. Most likely one you've posted way before I posted this which I haven't read yet. Seems to be the way my day has gone so far.

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
I'll miss you, overarching story thread. Still a decent video though. As long as Matt doesn't start hanging out with prostitutes, investigating Victoria's seedy underworld, and murdering mob bosses in cold blood, I'll live.
Re: Matt Gets His Groove
I just want to say how much I enjoyed the physical comedy of Matt being unable to open Jer's door. Maybe it got overshadowed by the muffin incident, but I thought it was hilarious.
Also, I liked someone else tossing out the "Awww, muffin" line, but I don't think anyone can top James' delivery. He just says it with such conviction.

Guys, I have to give props.
I've been watching the site for more than a year and a half now and I made a forum account just to comment on this video.
This is probably my favorite thing you guys have yet to produce. The humor was amazing. If you can keep your material on this quality, you guys will be able to start taking money-showers.

Re: Matt Gets His Groove
Great video this week. However, I'm wondering if the next cH will actually be in a month, seeing as that would be in January, and possibly the first of the Escapist videos...
Very much enjoyed all the callbacks, especially 3 PS3s... Now, does this reflect the living situation IRL?

If this is the caliber of humour that commodoreHUSTLE will be bringing in the future I have no problem with the new format at all.
The part with the muffin was amazing.
