This is... incredible!

ETA: I nearly clocked out before Paul did, but I took another look at the title, figured it out, and once Paul hit that button, everything was great.

Great writing and acting, Paul, and great acting everyone else. I could actually see this being a show.

I like to try and guess who has the writing credit when the video ends. Last week was a dead ringer for Kathleen, but this week was a tougher guess.

Great video guys : )

I totally called Paul as the writer on this sketch from the beginning, especially since he's mentioned several times on AskPaul about his social anxiety issues.

I can totally see him doing the "Thanks, but please leave me alone." bit IRL.

I almost closed the video around 1.30 because it was so awkward

I loved the awkward phone and Jer makes such a great host. I can't remember what else he's hosted though... Did he host the constantly changing reality shows vid?

I'm impressed Paul and Beej managed to audition in the first place.

Jer hosted 'House of the Dead' among other things.

I too switched tabs multiple times during the first 2 minutes, and only stuck at it thanks to the variety to YouTube comments all saying the same thing.

Great sketch.
As someone who suffers from social anxiety I can relate to everything in this video. Ive actually cancelled going to events just to avoid people. (like today for example)
Nice to see Jeremy Michaels make a return.
Also Beej with the Saints Row 4 panic button made me laugh :D

I clocked out just after Paul took off his jacket. I only came back because I knew Jer would show up, and just skipped forward to that.

I am in the same boat as a lot of people in that I skipped through the opening part. LRR may have created comedy so awkward that is cannot be viewed by any but the most valiant of mortals. Luckily those brave souls brought us tales of the hilarity to come.

I managed to make it through the awkward part, but it was certainly a bit difficult. Still, I'd say that's a testament to Paul's acting and script!

(Also, just a head's up, Beej isn't in the credits.)

Well, that was extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully, I just finished watching a few episodes of The Office (the proper, UK version) before watching this, so I was in the best possible state of readiness for that whole ordeal. And even then I barely survived. Masterfully done... but never do that again. Don't make me come back up there!

Winning prizes by working on your social phobias? I want to be in this show.

Yeah, I feel I'm missing incentives to go outside of my comfort zone. I imagine it's a lot easier to, let's say, walk into a bar where you don't know anyone if you've got hidden cameras watching you and a cash prize waiting for you, than if you don't have any of those things. (Last time I tried that I lasted about ten seconds.)

Beej was overly anxious at the thought of being listed in the credits, so he's an uncredited cameo.

As weird as this might sound, when Beej came on, all I could think of was his nipple showing through his shirt. That was the weirdest part of the video for me. I managed to get through the first part because... well, it basically had the 'this is so bad for him that they must be evil and planned it' vibe to it.

Holy crap, it's Jeremy Michaels! Nice to see him back.

Great sketch, guys. Paul was really strong in the role of Jeff the Socially Awkward Man. I could feel the cringe through my screen.

I too did alt-tab somewhere else right Paul hit its limit, even having read the video's title.

Beej was so anxious that he even showed up before and was a guest at the party (unless I'm totally wrong and that's James talking to Ashley on the first shot)

Definitely a hard to watch video but huge props for making it so authentic.

I’ve always had trouble watching scenes that show awkward situations, or people getting embarrassed. The first 1 minute 45 seconds of this video was very difficult to watch. I had to pause it twice.

The first minute thirty was really hard to watch, but it paid off big time by the time the part with the borrowed drill rolled around.

I suppose LRR is to be congratulated for creating a situation so awkward that even watching a video of it in our own homes makes us feel awkward.

I mean, I'll congratulate them once I get out of the bathroom. Check back in a few hours. Or tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow should work.
