I'm a transition whore... I just didn't mention my awe in the Hustle 01 thread.
Moving out from the "Bill slumping on door" segment was pretty dang good.. I'm surely forgetting others, but that one stuck in my mind.
No offense to the behind-building-text, but the table reflection was what I liked most.

Having never watched Star Trek (and by association the movies), I didn't get it immediately, but the whole thing was framed so it was clear enough what the joke was.
I have First Contact on DVD and obsessively catalogue my DVD collection so...
Yeah, I knew it was FC alone as soon as Paul approximated the run time...

And that Graham was holding it whilst crying.

I knew it was FC as soon as Graham said "All the good Next-Gen movies". Since Generations was okay, but Insurrection only had 1 good Worf line as the only good thing in the entire movie, and Nemesis was crap. So that only leaves First Contact, which is a truly excellent movie.

I'm really happy you are enjoying the Debut Album thread. A friend posted it a few months ago in his LiveJournal & I responded in kind. Nobody else contributed so I couldn't gauge how well it would be received here.
So should I post my randomly generated debut albums here or leave them in the original thread?

That mic is meant for a single person, so it probably wouldn't work well for LRR podcasts, where there are 6 - 8 people who need to crowd around a single mic.

The only plausible differences would be replacing copyrighted music on Season 1, but that depends.
We don't plan on updating them to any degree that means people would feel they need to re-buy them.
We're not dicks like that.

You could probably just commodore-ify the music tracks and remove any lyrics. Undoubtably there'll be versions available online.

I am glad that you all enjoyed my writing for James' award video. I could probably come up with some good script ideas for you as well and get them written, such as the emotherapy script idea (especially since maybe we can get Alex to make an appearance in the video as a survivor of the emo disease (apparently he showed off pictures of himself in an emo phase during AAAL1).
