I try to understand, and think I succeed pretty well at understanding, most attitudes towards Valentine's day. It just seems to come down to personal situation, as do most contentious issues in life. Sure, if you've not been in a relationship for a long time, such that you've stopped brooding over w...

M- Disregarding fire code is manly! Haaaa! A- Yeah, but seriously we may have to call the fire department. Still, sorry you didn't care for it. No worries. Admittedly I did get past that bit before stopping. I think the problem is that those moments are being overshadowed by the decibel level -- ma...

For my money, there was a little too much shouting and too little actual cooking in this one. For me the funniest part about Man Cooking is the contrast between all the manly shouting and the genuinely good cooking 'advice': Sanitation is manly, wash your hands! Real men recycle! Yeah ... I much pr...

Actually, I quite liked it. I thought that some of the metaphysical imagery was really particularly effective. Interesting rhythmic devices too, which seemed to counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor of the humanity of the poet's compassionate soul, which contrives through the mediu...

I think this one feels more like a sitcom for many people because it was written more like one. I wrote the first draft of the script , then Graham added more stuff to it - (the Alex delivery scene, the sideways TV, and a few others), and then everyone sort of did their own take on the acting and l...

Kathleen?

Not very many people were guessing, so I thought I'd chip in with that.

Also, dear God, this video is rib-crushingly funny.

Morgan needs a thread to himself for this. So when are you getting on that then? Just a thread? I think Morgan deserves some kind of video category. It could be a weekly thing alongside the standard video. I dunno if anything specific and thematic would be in it -- Morgan could use the thing for wh...

I think Wraith is affected by the same unfortunate malady that befalls Matt. No matter how nice and polite something is written, it tends to read as being angry and stand-offish. Maybe Wraith needs an "I am not mad" Sig note too. Ah don't worry it just keeps getting harder for Wraith. If ...

The explanation of cricket was excellent (Especially "The ball is Locutus of Borg" "But that's Star Tre--" "Locutus of Borg."). However, I have to note that the British equivalent of baseball is rounders, and it's a game played by girls.

Someone had to say it.

I understand the logic behind wanting to make it its own show rather than "A run off from the Whatever Thing" ... but I kinda miss the format that #1 and #2 had. They had a quieter way of conveying the same humour, I think.

Mm. Nostalgia.

So I was out for coffee with this girl, first time meeting, we're talking for about an hour and as we're leaving ( I thought things went decently enough), I asked if she would like to go out for dinner sometime. To which she replied that I would probably be a really good friend, and that she'd have...
