Re: Books you're reading now
I should read books and not just the internet. I only seem to read when travelling.
I'm slowly going through The Origins of Political Order by Francis Fukuyama again.

In some parts of this forum, thread necromancy is encouraged (the video and LRRcast fora for example).
A lame part of me is sad I never reached 9000 posts so I could make a stupid 'It's over 9000' joke.

I don't think many of the Wiki editors (myself included) are on the forums all that often these days. The Discord is much more active.

Re: Running Start!
I love the idea of this, but I felt this wasn't as good as it could've been. It felt like it was a weird length with slightly weird editing. I would love this in a "stream highlights" style, with a short 10 minute video, or if it was full-length with no editing, more "streaming-style...

I forgot that approving new accounts was something I can and should do. I am through the account requests, rejecting ones that look like spam bots and approving others. If your account gets rejected but you made a real request, please apply again and post your proposed wiki username here or on the L...

Re: Visiting Vancouver
Vancouver is a wonderful city for sushi. In terms of restaurants and bars, beside downtown and the areas adjacent, there are a lot of good places on Main (especially around Main and Broadway) and on Commercial Drive. In these areas you will also find most of Vancouver's microbreweries.

Re: Books you're reading now
I'm a little behind on updating you about the books I have been reading. Before Christmas I read SPQR: A History of Ancient Rome by Mary Beard. Quite interesting, especially in light of the parallels between the fall of the Roman republic and a certain contemporary republic. After Christmas I read B...

Re: The LRR wiki is back! Drop that baby and edit it!
Part of what makes the Wiki useful is that it puts a lot information in the same place in a relatively easy to access manner. If you want to make a list of games played, go right ahead. This would likely be more useful for shows like Watch+Play that play multiple games per stream.
