Re: Creepy Doll #1 World Tour
Indeed Evil Jim is in possession of Alphie. The creepiest of dolls accompanied us to a screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark here in Chicago last night. I cried myself to sleep, dreaming of his face. I believe there is photo evidence.

You guys aren't my friends anymore.
And I didn't "fall asleep" as much as I "decided that seeing the insides of my eyelids was more entertaining than watching Werewolf in a Girl's Dormitory."

Ways to Mess with Evil Jim
Hey guys! So as you may know, me and Evil Jim go to a little thing called B-Fest every year, a 24 hour marathon of all things shlocky and poorly made. Now you're probably wondering "But Fuzzyfreaker, why are you making a post about all this? In fact, who are you? Don't you just keep coming back...

Re: How much should I charge for building websites?
Well, Mr. Jester. My rates usually hover in between 250-500 depending on the situation. The more professional the job, the more likely they have the funds to pay, so make sure you're not giving up money that they're willing to offer. If it's a smaller company, or something for people I know, I'll lo...

I've listened to the album a few times on the way to work, and I'm slowly falling in love with it. Andrew Birds' cover of Bein' Green is beautiful, and Alkaline Trio's Movin' Right Along is a great take on the original. Sure there's some duds (Mahna Mahna by The Fray? Really?), but the standout song...

Re: Star Wars: The Old Republic
I've been religiously following the release of this game for the past 3 years. I consider myself a rather average gamer, but my interest in this game has been at a possibly unhealthy high. Fortunately, that has been quelled by the sudden barrage of boring adult responsibilities, but I still can't wa...

Re: How I Stopped a Hobo From Brutally Savaging a Skytrain Opera
Sorry Brad, but I prefer text instead of photos. It's more traditional, and retains the organic feel that the creators originally intended. Pictures are for the mainstream plebeians who don't care about the quality of their thread posts.

Re: Diablo 3: Online only, no mods, real cash purchases.
While I haven't played a Diablo game before, I'm increasingly frustrated with titles that refuse to include LAN support in their games. I purchased Starcraft II, and have barely touched it. My favorite part of Starcraft, or any multiplayer title, was the ability to invite a bunch of friends over and...

Re: Breaking: Extra Credits leaves Escapist
As a freelance content creator myself (in interactive media), I've been involved in situations such as this before, in which companies who have agreed to pay for my services have put a hold on deliveries based on my acceptance. Now, it does seem like there's a good deal of speculation going on, and ...

We've had one of those at my college for a while as well, it's mainly a humanities class that just teaches using zombie literature as a basis for social interactions.

Now, some of you here may be familiar with the website Joystiq.com and their respective podcast...
