Re: The thread of win
Melancholy win.... Knowing that my time on this forum and amongst my friends near and far through LRRums and the DBIRC, through finding support and encouragement from like minded folk... they all led me to who and what I am today. You all have been such a WIN to my life, I hope you come back and rea...

Sounds like something you might have to, you know, watch YouTube to catch? See my 2nd point above.

Re: LRR is starting to lose me
I think the issue for Feed Dump might be
1) I didn't realize it had moved from Wednesdays to Fridays... and
2) Things are not consistently being posted HERE. They may go up on YouTube regularly, but I haven't truly transitioned to that venue yet.

Re: LRR is starting to lose me
It's definitely not the same LRR it was when I started following ten years ago, and nor should it be. I agree the branching out to twitch was needed with the shift in geek culture. I miss FeedDump being normal and regular. I miss Chustle. I miss the sketches. On the other hand, as far as live stream...

LTNS all... Its been... chaotic in the life of Stepz. Between the end of summer school and classes resuming, my actual summer break was only 6 weeks long. In that time I had to handle some medical situations... so basically I got no summer break. A week into school and I'm feeling burned out already...

This year has only just begun, but it has been SO rough on losing influential people in our lives. David Bowie, Alan Rickman, Dan Haggerty, Glenn Frey, and many more... but the hardest hitting one to me is far less famous. TallBill, MegaWatt, William Watt - I hope your family realizes how deeply lov...

For those of you who haven't kept up, about 18 months ago I moved back to my hometown to take a job teaching math at my old high school. Teaching is rewarding, yet its very taxing for someone who has an anxiety disorder. One of the unexpected side effects of moving back to my hometown is my mother a...

Short synopsis of what was my proposed doctoral dissertation. (note: was... long story) There is a great deal of miscommunication between agencies when multiple response organizations respond to the same large-scale disaster. (Think Hurricane Katrina or 9/11). My initial research identified three ta...

Would it by chance be "Hey pretty girl" by Kip Moore? That's what came to mind when you said slow song and you heard it recently.

Lifehack - be careful when choosing a wardrobe. If you buy a week's worth of generic khaki's/black slacks and half a dozen solid shirts that go with anything, dressing is MUCH less of a hassel. Or, for a different example, for this academic year, I have built up to a wardrobe of like... seven dresse...

The issue will only arise if your project has gone past where it needed to be done by, which by the sounds of it yours haven't. Actually, they have, quite regularly, and mostly due to no fault of my own. Yet, my performance reviews were always drastically downgraded because of the delays, resulting...
