This is amazing, guys! I love it!
All that editing must have drove you insane! But very much worth it!
Congratulations on another outrageously successful Desert Bus for Hope!

Re: Andy in Eureka!

I'm really the worst person to ask.

Some people say it's good to build up a resume doing student films, then start sending resumes and head-shots to film agents.

Not really. It's usually feast or famine for me with this kind of thing.

I tried to match the volume of the other actors. I felt really out of my element and adopted a "When in Rome ..." strategy.

Re: Andy in Eureka!

Right. My agent told me I had an audition. I waited in a small room without about 15 other guys, got called into a smaller room, said the lines, walked onto the street, and two weeks later got a call that said you got the job we want your measurements.

Re: Andy in Eureka!

That Eureka thing was fun. They've got this amazing set on a soundstage; very impressive. The explosion was really, really loud. No acting involved for that take. I hope it looks alright; I was a bit nervous filming it because being around a fancy film set makes me feel like a fish out of water. But...

Re: You're Kidding

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but this is extremely similar to an acting exercise known as an Open Scene; actors are given short, arbitrary lines and try convey a story almost completely through subtext.

Great work! A+!

Odd that you should say that; I got a haircut the day after the shoot.
Nice and short and conservative, but at the rate I get haircuts, it will be back to hippie length in no time.

Re: Economic Stimulus

Also, thanks for the acting compliments, but acting with andy is basically like standing next to a bar of gold. You get a little golden reflection no matter what you're doing. Aw, thank you. But don't sell yourself short. You did a great job, especially during the tirade. You can hear your breath d...

Great job, guys! Being a theatre-geek, I am compulsively obligated to say that although the story of RENT takes place in the late 1980's, the show opened off Broadway in 1996 with a workshop 2 years earlier in 1994. It's a pretty dickish thing to point out a minor inaccuracy like this, so I have sac...

This might sound odd, but I think the adds make the site look really ... professional.

Not that you aren't professional; it's just that it gives the impression that Loading Ready Run is a small business run by responsible people.

I'm not sure how, but it does

Yay El Pollo! Very well done reference; still funny for those who haven't seen season 1.

I think the ad is a great idea. The guy at askaninja.com does in-video ads and I think he makes a pretty penny off his merchandise. Plus it's very funny. I love that you're both still wearing socks!
