Re: Infinity Ward/Activision VS PC Gamers - FIGHT!

...for the record, it's not CoD or it's fanbase i care about. it's the knock-on effect this move will have. matchmaking systems and dedicated server systems can work together if the developer can be arsed to make the effort. dedicated servers can work fine with stat tracking systems as well if it's ...

Re: Torchlight!

got hold of it today. not that bad. actually plays like diablo. only issue is the WoW style graphics but the fact they haven't dumbed it down for WoW players is an instant plus when compared to Diablo 3.

Re: Commodore 64

there was games that did that tim.

i couldn't give a list of what games had modem functionality though.

Re: Bethesda softworks sues Interplay

I disagree, because: http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g201/arius82/fallout.jpg I get what you're saying. Fallout 1 & 2 were good games and all, but did you really want another third person isometric rpg? I found Fallout 3 to have a lot of the dark humour that was in the first two games. I thin...

Re: Bethesda softworks sues Interplay

oh wow. just goes to show how giving the fallout IP to beth was a mistake. if it was given to obsidian or GSC (stalker was a better first-person F3 game than the actual F3 ever was) in the first place, the fallout series past 3 might have had some chance of being more than oblivion with guns. and wh...

Re: Fallout Trilogy Collection

ExtraSensory: it was based off of a tabletop system in the first place and there have been attempts to port it back to tabletop (i think one example of it was put on the "radioactive" disc of the fallout trilogy infact)

I completely borked a game of Ocarina of Time once. I think I still have the recording on an old VHS around here somewhere. Let me see if I can find it. Suffice to say, I was underwater, warped myself back onto Epona, still had a breath timer, which counted down, and then nothing happened. I got of...

I know people have been talking about getting stuff on 4Chan, and while I realise that's no longer necessary for Nunchuk fail, what about using it to further the attempt of turning 'YOU HAVE SPACE JUMP' into a meme. Either through means of a motivational poster, or a random gif, or just posting the...

Oh come on. Why the hell would you group Wii Fit and Big Brain Academy into the shovelware category? Have you ever played Big Brain Academy? It's a good game for the genre, that genre being the "Mind puzzles/brain training". People who like that genre don't just like them because they &qu...

Well, except for playing the dozens of awesome DS games out there. -m i find that there aren't that many DS games that appeal to me anyway. and any that do, i'll use my gf's fat DS. also, there is a PoC DS emu for PSP ported by sofiyacat ...

i have no issue with "family friendly" or the good type of casual who can tell that a game is bad even though they hardly play games. my issue is with the majority audience of the wii (bad casual). a minor 1% or so of games for the wii are actually good for the real hardcore gamers. and to...
