Re: Games for Cheap
Well there's a steam sale to go at. I picked up Downwell for very cheap to play on my channel. Definitely worth the pittance I paid for it!

I run a gaming channel on the YouTubes these days, and hence that is my twitter too:
Pixels At Dawn Twitter
Pixels At Dawn YouTube
We mostly play indie and retro games. You know, like everyone else

Hmmm. I have an absolute crapload of cards these days, to the point that I don't even know what I have outside of my main decks anymore.
I'm thinking of cataloguing my cards - anyone got any tips for software?

I will definitely have something done in time (my first bit is basically done). Whether I can get everything I want to do done, well, we'll see.
Not being helped by the fact I have to drive 25 miles to get to a decent crafts supplier. Grr. Where's massive chains of stores when you need them?!

According to the programme, it was nearly a TV show instead of a stage play.

I went to see Avenue Q the other day
On tour in Birmingham - it was everything I'd hoped. Plus I got to go backstage and see the puppets first hand, which was awesome.
Also the woman playing Kate Monster said Hi to me
Any other Ave Q fans?

Nothing wrong with the Corrs, I have a couple of their albums, sitting right next to things like Cream and Deep Purple. In fact, I don't think I own anything I would be embarassed to listen to with other people. I have plenty of stuff other people would be embarassed to listen to with me , but that'...

Well I'll be doing a bunch of cross stitched bookmarks on various geek related things LOL, I am cross-stitching for the bus right now! (yes I'm a man, yes I'm cross-stitching - deal with it) I'm just doing straight images though, rather than useful things like you! Haven't got confirmation from Tal...

As a computer programmer, I should hate the non-standardness of UK addresses. But truth be told, the coolest addresses are those that start with a house name, like 'Hades House' or 'Llantoffigan' (if you're in Wales). Or maybe I'm just sad. I like my own address, if only because I moved into a subur...

I'm getting to the point now (from being an abject noob not so long ago) where I have a whole crapload of cards. What are people's advice for storage of your library? I was thinking of crafting something to put them in, but frankly I don't even know where to start to make even a sturdy reliable card...

I've been thinking of giving Magic a go for a while, but watching the latest cHustle has me convinced. Any tips for a trading card noob looking to pick up a starter pack with a friend?

Damn you all.
I've never played a trading card game before (wasn't really a popular thing when I was a kid), but I'm going to a con at the weekend and I can see myself coming away with a starter pack!
Downward spiral here I come.
