Re: The Mixed Emotion Thread

If my Masters Thesis of a video game design document worked in an English class you will have no problem. Having mixed feelings when you submit is quite natural. I did when I submitted my PhD thesis. Thank you for your support :) Want to say that everything went well and apparently I'm a lawyer now...

Re: Limits on freedom of speech

For the most part I don't think restrictions in the freedom of speech is the right way to go. There might be some extreme cases where it is required, but I'm not sure what those might be. For the most part I think other laws pick up when someone abuse their freedom of speech. As in, if someone by ly...

Would be my guess too, I remember the story so it's probably not a magnum rewatch since I haven't listened to them.

I don't usually post pictures of things I've made, but this time I'm especially proud of myself. I made a 7 course dinner for my brothers 30th birthday. Pictures are of the courses in order. collapsed to not take up all the space in the world Buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar pea...

Re: Books you're reading now

Reading "The Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. Part mystery, part nostalgia and part love for litterature. I really like it, it's about a young boy falling in love with a book called The shadow of the wind and he starts trying to find out the mystery about the author which leads to...

Re: The Big Relationship Thread

Curious that some people say they would not date someone if they haven't been in a relationship. Sucks for me. People say and think strange things. My now girlfriend had never been in a relationship before, there was this guy who she slept with before we met though. When we got together she told hi...

Re: LRR/DB EU Meetup

I might be able to secure a locale to be in for free or for a realtively small charge in Stockholm that takes 200 people (might be easier to get to for people traveling to Sweden). The place has a projector for playing sketches, maybe access to a bar with cheap prices and a speaker system. Unfortuna...

Awesome, thank you, I will look into them when I catch up with time :) I think a friend showed me an episode of Mushishi once and I remember liking the laid back story telling. If you know a good place to stream Silver Spoon I would like to give it a chance. Crunchy Roll doesn't seem to work for tha...

Re: LRRcast - Anime Recap: Autumn 2015

I'm not a 100% sure if I like it but it has piqued my interest. For me it's the personal story, them having to face the cold reality. Fighting monsters isn't a cool fun game, it's dirty, it's another living thinking creature that you have to kill. Also there seems to be an interesting mystery as of ...

A small update, me and my girlfriend binge-watched One-Punch man and loved it. I didn't find any good place to stream Silver Spoon so I started us on Non Non Biyori, which we both liked but decided it wasn't something we wanted to put our main focus on so we tried Polar Bear's Cafe, same thing there...

I've been working with the students association so much and not prioritized studying that I've forgotten how to study. I can't get myself to work on my thesis now that I'm done with the students association and got the time to do it. I keep wanting to go to fiction books and games because that's how...

I've just been sort of feeling generally down and lost for a few weeks now. Whenever I'm alone and don't have something playing in the background like a TV show, I just feel overcome by this immense sadness. Yes, before you tell me, I know that's not what real depression feels like. I know I don't ...
