Re: CheckPoint 206 - Keeping Microtransactions Safe
Another great episode of CheckPoint as always, and i'm glad that you guys spent the time explaining why Payday 2's Introduction of micro-transactions during a "event of nothing but free content" was such a travesty.

LRR Pauper Super League (Any Interest?)
So today on my way over to school, I had the wierdest thought about how there could be a LRR pauper league that we could create and play in. Kinda like the Standard Super League or the Vintage Super League that Wizards has adopted. Does anybody have any interest in doing this?

I honestly thought that when "Taxman" Was being discussed that you were talking about Payday: The heist, where one of the later missions requires you to kidnap a target codenamed Taxman in order to steal like $100,000,000US

Re: Design a Card
Jorak seems really good for a two cost Planeswalker. Essentially on turn 3 you could have 6 mana at your disposal with a decent opening hand and potentially more if you have any 0 cost creatures. That's really potent I'd think. The balance is that the 0 ability only produces colorless, but if you h...

Re: Spoiler Season: Magic Origins
Although we will be visiting Lorwyn specifically, it's my understanding that by the end of that block, Lorwyn and Shadowmoor "fused" together and doesn't change anymore. Indeed, though At the BEGINNING of Lorwyn block we saw the Lorwyn 5 planeswalkers all introduced together as fully form...

Baby Gideon is pretty bonkers, Boros aggro certainly looks like it'll be a real force in standard. That Death & Taxes is looking more and more like a menagerie of white legends makes me a little sad though. Also new spoiler: Chandra mum & dad! I'm hoping we also get Lili's grandma, Gideon's...

Sometimes I wonder about Twitch chat... Even LRR Twitch chat. I wonder if I should just leave this community. It's frustrating at times. Perhaps it's just because of the traffic the mtg website is having, but I can't access any articles. So how do you know that prowess, scry, and menace are now evergreen? Bloodthirsty was in core set 2012, exalted was in 2013, and convoke was in 2015. And none of those were evergreen. Edit: ok so I f...
