Re: Thinking back to simpler times...

Oh, hey, I guess I still have an account here. I recently moved and while I was unpacking I came across my collection of LRR DVDs. One thing led to another and here I rode the Nostalgia Train(tm) to a forum that I haven't looked at in way too long. For context: I stopped checking in regularly around...

Re: Favorite GBA Games

I got a lot of mileage out of Dr. Mario / Puzzle League, Super Mario Advance 4 (SMB3), and both Wario Ware games.

I tried NaNoWriMo once, but failed spectacularly at it, so I did NaBloPoMo the next year instead, which was way more achievable.

Ok. I revisited. As far as I can tell, it didn't change. Fester's Quest (one of the worst games ever) ranked 596. Metroid (one of the best games ever, and the start of a series of fantastic games) ranked 735. Therefore, one can only conclude that you are insane. Or this is a publicity stunt. Really...

Is it 1 the best or worst game? Otherwise you're saying Fester's Quest is better than Metroid and Kid Icarus, which just isnt' so. In fact, Fester's Quest is one of the worst NES games ever, and I think that everyone can agree on that. Hmm... you might want to check it again, perhaps refreshing the...

Every NES game ever, ranked for convenience.

Not to plug my own site, but I made a list of every NES game ever released, complete with ranks that seems to be generating a bit of discussion on the Internet today.

We haven't had a decent Lazer Tag facility in my area in eight or nine years, but when we did, I was there pretty much weekly soaking up shots from people who took the game way more seriously than I did.

My Game Boy Camera fits and works in my SP just fine, I just have to flip it upside down to take pictures since the cartridge goes in the bottom. With the right equipment you can also make neat webcams.
