GTA V online seems like it would be great for CtS. Somehow it doesn't seem to have been mentioned here already (that I could find).
Edit: It looks like there was an update to add gun trafficking too recently.

Re: LRR World of Warcraft guild for Legion
If any of you are interested there's a "#ReadyToRaid" group that runs normal Emerald Nightmare for people who are new to raiding. I'm not at all involved in the "#ReadyToRaid" group but it looked like people in the Discord channel are looking to start raiding and start your own r...

Thanks Heather for setting things up for you and Beej to play Paper Mario! I couldn't catch it live (never can for NDTD) but I can still watch the VOD. I always enjoyed Beej's Backlog with you and Beej so it's nice to have a chance to catch something similar again.

Doctors remove 40 knives from a man's stomach in India.
Surprisingly, not about smuggling, the man just enjoyed eating knives.

I thought they were done with old managers showing up after the last episode so I didn't say it then, but I'm really hoping Eric Bischoff shows up.

There was. Torg's heel when he stomped on the face. I think the heel may be out on injuries received from the face but Torg has another.

That is an awesome schematic. Thanks for the update.

I at least find it useful. I haven't had a chance to build a desktop in a while (next year) so it's nice to be able to update some of my outdated knowledge and hear about the different builds that are now possible. I hadn't realized that modular PSUs were a thing now but I'll definitely be looking i...

Re: Gaming General Chat Thread
I finally got a chance to play Overwatch with some friends (from WoW). I don't think I've actually played with anyone from LRR yet. I didn't realize how nice it was having real strategy going into a game rather than trying to pick things up on the fly with strangers without communicating. It was rea...

I started playing a Reinhardt. Such a glass cannon once his shield is destroyed. He can kill so fast if you get close enough. But he can die so fast too. What I've been doing is getting as close to people as I can with my shield, letting them come closer and closer and letting them think they can g...

Re: Gaming General Chat Thread
I have so many thoughts on Overwatch, I guess I'll start with healing since that's the newest thing I started doing. I've never liked healing before but Overwatch somehow managed to make healing fun. When I first started playing I was mostly just playing Reaper and Bastion. I quickly branched out to...

Infinifactory may be the most complicated game I've ever played. I love puzzle games and Infinifactory is a great one but I am very quickly learning that I am not an engineer and I do not think like one. I can solve the puzzles but often in an inefficient, sloppy manner. I also end up going online t...

I'll play off-and-on once it comes out. Scy#1617 on Battle.net (I also play a lot of Diablo 3 most seasons). I'll mostly be playing Reinhardt and some Bastion, Reaper, or Pharah.

As an American may I say, "well screw you too Beej". Also was heather saying that she was a bully in school? I just can't picture that. Punching a kid in the nose and knocking him down was a thing I did in Kindergarden. It was my best friend and he said something that made me very angry. ...

Re: Games You Would Like To See Remastered
For a while I could only think of games that I wouldn't want to see remastered. I guess I'm more of a purist than I thought I was, or maybe it's just the cynic in me. But then I realized: Xenogears. I want Xenogears remastered. I played Xenosaga and Xenoblade and I don't care about either series. Bu...

Re: Let's play through our backlogs
So... backlogs... it's been a while. I've apparently played quite a few games since the last time I updated so I'll try to keep it relatively short (hahahaahahahahaaha), since several of them are well known games already. Since the last update I've played (mostly in order): 1. Dark Souls II (Alex an...

I don't know if this is really the place to bring it up since it might be a contentious topic, but I'm really, really tired of the general paranoia surrounding every advancement in robotics, primarily on the internet. It feels like a whole lot of people have watched too many sci-fi movies and they'v...

So I started playing Shadowrun: Hong Kong Extended Edition again because they added a new mini-campaign for free, which is cool. To my surprise though, I found a familiar looking character during one of the side missions.

Dirty Money for reference.

Re: I remember the game but not its name
That sounds like the beginning of Lufia, for the SNES. FWIW, it isn't that good, but Lufia 2 is a really good jrpg, and doesn't expect you to have played the first. Bingo! Lufia & the Fortress of Doom was the one. Thank you. I played the first two but I'm not sure I played any after that when t...

Re: I remember the game but not its name
So, there was a discussion in the LRR chat about what horrors the new Fire Emblem hath brought, and in the meantime I ended up thinking of an old JPRG that I can't remember the name of. It was a fairly iconic or memorable game, I just can't think of the name of it unfortunately. In this game you sta...

Re: Gaming General Chat Thread
I think that the DSFix mod from nexus mods would be a good idea as well, assuming you're playing on PC. I'd also argue that Dark Souls is well supported by a walkthrough, especially or at least on a first playthrough. As far as the controller goes, I ended up using my right thumb to control my camer...

Re: Desert Bus 9 Discussion
Have the Desert Bus 8 photo books been sent out? I ordered one during DB9 and received the confirmation email but nothing since then. I seem to recall someone mentioning they had not been sent yet but now I can't remember if that's correct or where I'd heard that.
