Re: General LRL Stream Feedback
Honestly though I miss GPLP, I miss Cam being Cam... ,I miss Alex playing shooters. I understand that while it's a lot harder to attract new audience when the stream changes dramatically day to day, and isn't consistent every week, I really enjoyed those shows. That's probably why I usually try to c...

Re: The depressing depression thread
I keep reading this thread and not adding to it as I never felt that what I was/am going through is as bad, but I feel like I need to write this at some point. I've never been a very popular guy, always distant with antisocial behavior. I moved to Ontario at the age of 12, from Quebec, I didn't spea...

Re: YRR of LRR 2: Kickstarting Soon?
I do believe Graham has stated that the streams were getting enough views and subscriptions to keep going. It was also stated that streaming had made them play more games than they would otherwise. Though if it ever became an issue I would gladly kickstart / donate for streaming to continue as I'm e...

Re: LRRBot 2.0
If the need arise we'll see about !stream X, there hasn't been a need for it yet. I (someone else might) won't add !punt, as I feel it's a very subjective and doesn't add anything for the streamers themselves other than feel bad. If someone can bring a good reason why it would be positive I'm all he...

Re: State of LRRBot
While LRRBot has the ability to clear the chat doing it at set intervals is really annoying for people trying to have a conversation, and I'd rather not abuse the purge function has it just ends up with a bunch of <message deleted> in the chat.

Re: State of LRRBot
Memo that should be doable by pulling from gatherer, but I feel it would bring the same issues as the !explain command brought before being mod-only

State of LRRBot
Alright so has some of you might be aware a little while over month ago I've started to let LRRBot fall on the wayside as I needed to figure out school and job stuff, and things have slightly slowed down lately so I'm hopefully going to be helping out LRRBot development more actively. So I would lik...

Professor's Pigglesworth Platforming adventure
*Name Pending* Alright some of you guys might know me as... the creator of lrrbot, but I'm mostly a college student who's studying 3D modelling in game environment. I used to focus on programming but got kinda sick of it. Well since they made the joke about it on checkpoint I always felt like making...

Re: Planning a Canadian vacation
Honestly, you'll be able to get through with France french though you might need to repeat yourself once in a while. I've had more difficulty understanding an Englishman/woman than I've ever had with a Frenchman/woman. Plus unlike what has apparently commonly been associated with Quebecers(I think t...

Re: Loading ready Research paper and presentation.
Fun with microwaves is probably my favorite, along with most of Iron Stomach Challenge. I found loadingreadyrun on the escapist, a friend pointed me to a show and stumbled upon unskipabled followed by lrr sketches. At the time I was doing improv in highschool so sketch comedy was a concept which int...

Re: Planning a Canadian vacation
Well it was mentionned earlier but Canada is massive, so depending how much you want to be traveling might influence your choice greatly. I'm currently living in Ontario though I've lived in Quebec (just to put my opinions in perspective). Ontario, southern ontario (niagara area) might honestly be t...

To be fair, it's Twitch that hates you. LRRbot is just taking Twitch's side.
If we ever get the bot to "TWITCHCLIENT 2", without it freaking out, this would be fixed easily since mods have a separate specialuser flag...

Re: LRRBot 2.0
Yeah getting OAuth was not the plan, it really doesn't feel right. As Phlip said TWITCHCLIENT 2 is what I'm trying to make work right now, though it's kinda finicky and I can't get it to work correctly. Uhh, that's awesome for text commands! And currently there appears to be an issue between my cred...

Re: LRRBot 2.0
Really should get involve with this forum business more... qrpth mrphlip will have to do the merge since he's got to make sure things work on his end... plus you know he does most of the work on lrrbot nowaday =/ since like 75% of this is beyond what I know in programming. I'm happy more people try ...
