Re: The General Magic: The Gathering Thread
Does anybody have a complete list of LRR's spoiler cards? I think I've got all the ones released, but I'm not sure.

Modern Brewing Thread
So this a thread for people to post any Modern brews they have going on right now, the weirder the better. For example, I'm currently brewing a Mono-Blue Mechanized Production deck that's targets are Darksteel Citadel and Relic. I don't quite have a sideboard for it yet, and I could be convinced to ...

Re: Modern Deck Outsourcing.
So I've built a deck, and it seems to be doing not too bad. I didn't have the mana base to support a U/R version of Delver, so I went RUG instead. Here's the list:

Re: Modern Deck Outsourcing.
Sadly I don't believe there is a way to filter out the cards I don't own. It's most likely a very niche use that wouldn't come up unless you're like me and want to give people a brewing challenge like this own because you're crap at brewing.

Modern Deck Outsourcing.
So Modern is the only format that fires at my LGS, and I need a deck to play. Issue is, I'm no good at brewing, and I can't afford to go and buy a deck. Because of this, I challenged the most prolific brewer amongst my play-group to brew a deck for me with one caveat, he has to build with only the c...

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
So I had what was to be my last Commander game at my LGS on Monday and it couldn't have gone better. A 6 Player game consisting of an WURG Group Hug deck, a Tasigur Control deck, a Yidris Chaos deck, a Mizziz Spells deck, an Atraxa +1/+1 Counters deck and my Jhoira of the Ghitu Artifacts deck, which...

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
Hmmm, I don't know I feel balancing a whole ten decks sounds incredibly challenging. To even begin to advise we would need way more information on the decks, for example you say they are Ravnica commander decks does that mean you are limiting yourself to only the use of cards from Ravnica block, an...

Re: Standard Discussion
fantôme: I'd prefer to stay mono white as the mana base would be cheaper. I just don't have enough of any of the duals in any colour to make 2/3 colour work in Standard. I like Sigarda's Aid in this kin d of list as it lets me use equipment more like a combat trick and gives me something to do if I ...

Re: Standard Discussion
So I'm currently trying to fiddle with a new standard deck. I want to play Mono-White Stone Haven Goggles. This deck entails Stone Haven Outfitter plus Inventor's Goggles for a 4/5 on turn 2. I know that won't always happen, but it's the main idea of the deck. I just need some help crafting a list a...

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
I want all of the decks to be on the same power level, which is harder than it sounds. Rakdos in particular is a hard deck to make work. It suffers from having the worst legends.

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
So, thanks to a friend, I'm finally getting the last four shock lands I've been needing to build my Ravnica commander decks. I sorely need help keeping them balanced though. Anyone have ideas on how I can do this and in what sort of direction I could point the decks in?

Re: Kaladesh Spoiler Season Hype
I actually said to Graham on Twitter that WOTC certainly seem to have been getting a bit showier with revealing stuff. I don't recall them doing stuff like this when I started playing in New Phyrexia or Innistrad. They did some cool stuff for the pre-releases, but they've been going ham the past cou...

Kaladesh Spoiler Season Hype
So, with Pax, Kaladesh Spoiler Season has sorta begun. And the hype is real for me. We've got some sweet new mechanics, including a not busted version of the origins Thopter making creatures and reverse equipment essentially. And DWARVES. Dwarves are back and I am so hype. I've wanted Dwarves to com...

Re: The General Magic: The Gathering Thread
What I'm looking for is something a that'd preferably already have all the cards. I just have to give how many I have. Given that that would be a difficult thing to find, Excel is sadly probably the best option, which is a pain and time consuming. I want this to be a portable thing too so I can have...

Re: The General Magic: The Gathering Thread
Does anyone know if there's a quick and easy way to create a database of Magic cards that you own? I'm looking to create one so I know what I'm looking for in each set but creating one from scratch would take forever.

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
I had the dumbest game of Commander last night. I played a Riku of Two Reflections deck, another played a U/r Spells with Eye of the Storm and another played a Hive Mind group Hug deck. The other decks involved were my omnath deck piloted by a new player, my Vampire deck piloted by someone who had n...

Re: The General Magic: The Gathering Thread
Okay, I'm starting to think the new Emrakul isn't actually all that great. I've cast it 4 times and had it in play 5 (The 5th was a complicated situation involving Hive Mind and Coax from the Blind Eternities) and I've lost every single time. The 4 casts were in one single game. And each time she wa...

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
I did the thing. I almost called this deck Blue's Clues. Almost. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/descendants-of-lycaon/ Key Interactions in here are Vernal Equinox and Geier Reach Bandit and Vernal Equinox and Immerwolf. The ability to flash in creatures is pretty much a must for this deck I feel. It...

Re: EMN Prerelease, how'd you do?
Done two Pre-res, paid for my brother to do them as well and kinda whiffed on anything good. Two mythics across 4 pools. 1 Emrakul and one Decimator of the Provinces. I came third in both events with not great decks. Day one was a U/W fliers deck essentially. It just didn't have any bombs. I also ha...

Re: Predictions for eldritch moon (spoilers?)
So the Thraben Purebloods have turned into Literal Actual Bad Dogs with Thraben Foulbloods, which are funnily enough, pretty decent. a 3/2 for 3 that gets +1 and Menace with Delirium seems really good.

Re: Standard Discussion
I've actually seen it be played in Modern. It's just one of those cards that's never really been played. The deck seems fine. The only card I don't like much is the Vessal, and IDK what you could play instead. Some Hand attack maybe to disrupt your opp's early game?
