Re: LRR Store goes back live
Since the DB stuff isn't produced by the time you order it, and the end of DB collides with Christmas season for Poster/Photobook Prints, it usually takes til the end of January till the orders are fulfilled. The way they (not) tell you this in the confirmation mail is suboptimal but they mentioned ...

Re: Desert Bus Resolutions.
That's a great idea. I've been doing it for the last 4 years since I always take the week off work I use it to organize my bills and other paperwork that has been thrown in one of the cupboards over the year. Also this year, there are some group projects for university I have to finish. So my List w...

Re: Your favorite moments of desert bus past
For entertaining purposes, it's mostly Paul or the crew singing. If you want something more profound there are some great moments online where the crew and guests explain why they drive the Bus. There are tons of great moments but the one that stuck with me was Cam at DB7 reading "The Search&qu...

Re: The Mixed Emotion Thread
I'm actually not sure if this fits here, the depressing, happy or venting thread... Well actually with that combination it should fit in quite well with mixed emotions. I managed to power through two rather large projects at work, that required me to work 60 - 70 hour weeks for the last two month, o...

3-5 well I think there was a better deck in my pool I just never found it. I've decided to skip the Kaladesh League because finding timeslots that work is becoming more and more difficult, with work, studying and offline responsibilities. Best of Luck and awesome packs, to all in the next round. ;) ...

Re: The depressing depression thread
Ok, so without the nice platitudes, if you give up you'll never find out if there is the day where you can accomplish or at least start one of those projects that keep popping up in your mind. Sometimes it takes a year, other times it takes a few decades for the right circumstances but holding on is...

Re: LRR is starting to lose me
I think I could have phrased my comment better, should it have been revived the wrong way, the thing I've wanted to say is: I love the stuff that is there and is being released. I miss some things that are no longer produced, because they made some of my bad days bearable. And while I'd like to see ...

Re: LRR is starting to lose me
Ok, so this is a big topic, let's see if I can get my thoughts into my somewhat limited English. First of all, let's start with the positives: My vote was I'm satisfied because that is my overall feeling. As someone who enjoys Magic the regularity with which it shows up in AFK, as MTGO and events li...

I'd be interested too but with the big caveat that with the time difference I'd likely only be able to play one when I'm on vacation.
As for the client not that my vote should count that much given the time constraints, I have no preference.

Auserker 1 - 2 Hacofo 3 Interesting games. [Game 1 & 3] Turns out Outcasts are quite good if you can flip them. [Game 2] A bad attack can turn the whole game around pretty fast. [Game 3] A very close win even though my opponent mulled to 3. Having two Plainswalkers killing and exiling your crea...

SaloAbraxas 2 - 0 Hacofo
After a week of scheduling problems on my side, we managed to get a fitting time to quickly battle out our games.
Let's summarize it this way, fliers are very efficient against ground-bound creatures and removal at the right time can really ruin your day.

I'd be interested but I'm guessing they haven't enabled x-region Play while I was away.
I still have to reactivate the account but have the expansion bought already ^^
I'm in the EU region (I'm adding my Bnet ID as soon as I'm home and been able to locate it ^^ )

Managed to get an A on one of the hardest practical exams of the year, now I just have to do better in the theoretical exam on the 2nd try (luckily it's a different Subject and not a combined one.)

Antitonic [0 - 2] Hacofo Two quick and fun rounds. The first one was decided early by the unlucky 13. The second one was a much longer match with a lot of traded blows and 2 very lucky topdecks on my side. @Dutch guy: I know that feeling, but since you were an inside hire for the department, they already know what you are capable of. So they know you are the right person for the job. Give it time, and the feeling will go away after some little victories in your new position. @MinniChi: Hope you'll get...
