Re: Random Internet celebrity sighting
This seems to have drifted a little from Internet celebrities... Anyways the only famous people I've met are bands after the concerts, namely Bombay Bicycle Club, Mona and Everything Everything. I said hi to Ed Macfarlane from Friendly Fires, but he wanted to get food so I didn't get his signature.

Re: change username
I actually don't really like my username but I've used it in so many places I don't want to change it. In other forums I used to sign off every message with CG and people called me that but that got tedious.

I substitute bus for swearing for at least a month after Desert Bus, and would probably do it for longer if I didn't have to make a conscious effort not to so people would understand me. "Awww muffin" has now replaced what I used to say- "awww diddums" and that happened pretty mu...

Re: Bring them back you bastards!
It's been said already, but I'll say it again- Firefly. True that maybe if it went on too long it might lose it's spark, but I think it needed at least another season. Also, (this is probably more directed to those who are In England), but that miniseries of Sherlock definitely deserved to be a prop...

Recently I've been playing Portal and I restarted Morrowind after not playing for about a year. Still playing Mass Effect and I'm dipping in and out of my new copy of Thief Gold (made to work on Vista).

Being part of a mod team is pretty awesome IMO.
I guess something I don't like to admit is that I read fan-fiction sometimes but only for Morrowind and Oblivion.

Re: Doctor Who
I liked Torchwood, but it was never on par with Doctor Who. It took itself a little too seriously at some points and lacked the quirkiness that Doctor Who has. That said, I still hope they do another series. And James, welcome to the Doctor Who family. I still can't really understand why people sugg...

Re: The Sex Thread
I would have thought I guy wearing women's underwear would have a similar effect to a guy wearing speedos, just a little more frilly. Then again, speedos really don't look that comfortable. And on the men's underwear front, yes they definitely are more comfortable. But I've often thought that wearin...

Re: Bioshock, in a floating city?
The teaser looked pretty cool in my opinion, but I just don't think it should be labelled Bioshock if it has nothing to do with it. Bioshock was a kind of follow-up to System Shock, right? They weren't connected at all plot or setting wise but the developers described it as a 'spiritual successor'. ...

Re: Open Call: Design a T-Shirt
I have an idea that I think is pretty cool, but since I'm currently on holiday and don't get backd till after the closing date, and thus don't have my computer to work on it (I'm using other people's computers) I don't think I'll be able to submit it.
