I dunno, something about listening to all the hate for no reason out of people who normally tear apart anyone who doesn't have valid logic. And then basically being told piss off with my logic?
No, I should be all happy anyone noticed I exist on this forum.
Yeah, so out of here.

Re: iPhone 4
He's talking about the perception rather than the reality. I dunno, he made a pretty strong, yet incorrect statement. So of course putting logic out there makes me the wrong one? Wow, totally off base. Just like this entire "antenna gate." Yes, I own and iPhone 4, haven't had the antenna ...

Re: iPhone 4
Which number is more important? The failure rate? Or the RAW QUANTITY of defective product? How is that logical may I ask? Failure RATE is more important. If 100% of 3 things sold are defective (let's say improperly cooked rotisserie chicken) and 5% of 100 things sold somewhere else are defective -...

Tak, so why did you feel you couldn't talk freely before? I know not everyone comes in this thread or would be open to it, but still, I thought this forum was pretty open minded and accepting for the internet.

Re: When listening to music
I listen to and evaluate both separately. Of course you can have great music without lyrics. However, conveying a message in only instrumental music has a limited emotional range, usually strong, simple/single emotions for best impact. Complex emotions or a specific message require lyrics. Great lyr...

I think the point was supposed to be that the entire might of the Empire is not built around technology but the power of the Emperor?

I wish, so much, that I were even a year more experienced in programming. This game is killing me. :( But the job is great, the people are great, the ideas are great, the game should be great! But it's not because I'm too inexperienced and the only reason they have interns is 'cos they're too busy ...

Ok, finally caught up on this thread.... Ditto and Tak, thanks for sharing. Now I can stop pretending I hadn't guessed. :) I've met almost as many gays at a conservative engineering school in the middle of nowhere as I have at music conservatories in the city. In each case, with one exception, I had...

I've been trying to for months. I guess I should be happy that you don't want to lose our friendship, but I never wanted to...

Why does everyone think it's so difficult to put custom ringtones on the iPhone? Ok, no SMS ringtones still, but I never used them anyway. /apple rant

I like using the LRR theme. It's unique (never heard it on anyone else's phone) and understated (no one ever calls my ringtone lame).
