It works rather well.

Change your syntax every once in a while. For instance, you could speak completely grammatically correct and fine. then you could switch into completely lowercase and add more slang. POSSIBLY DO ALL CAPS AS WELL. abbr. evrythng.

In reference to something a few posts ago about the other thread, I made one simply entitled RUN., but it was geared more towards just running.
