Re: Talking Simulator
I'm not sure how much of this is just ancient internet rumor, and how much is actual fact, but I seem to recall that a lot of the simplicity of the game had to do with Notch's relative inexperience in game development. The meter-scale objects and simple graphics were easy to implement. (Minecraft o...

Re: Talking Simulator
Relating to this most recent Talking Simulator, a very good article from the New York Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/04/17/magaz ... ation.html That is a fantastic article. There is something so fundamental about minecraft. In and of itself, it makes a wonderful kind of efficiency about itself ...

Re: Fall 2016 Seasonal Anime Roundup
If you want recent recommendations from strangers, you can check out this top 10 list by year . We aren't good at making the show pages any more, but for a general list of shows to check out, it's pretty good. An interesting list. Just a shame that some of the more recent shows on the list don't ha...

Re: Fall 2016 Seasonal Anime Roundup
Just wanted to thank Beej on his recommendation of Fukigen na Mononokean. Started watching it and I am very much hooked. Looking forward to the next seasonal roundup :D I dont really keep up to date with new and interesting anime's and usually get stuck watching shows like Naruto, Death Note, One Pi...

Crapshot -> Helium Beer
Inspired by the video here -> https://youtu.be/DLNAwC4r87M Considering also that I think this might be possible to integrate into the new Keggerator, which would be amazing to see/hear, it would also be entertaining in a "willy wonka fizzy lifting" style sketch, only with beer and squeaky ...

I've had issues myself. Quite a lot in the past. I think overall I'm in a similar vein as yourself in that kind of masculine but not what i would describe as uber-masculine. Which I would have as a parallel to toxic masculinity with muscle building and beer drinking and things like "No-Homo&quo...

Re: General LRL Stream Feedback
Seeing as there isn't a thread just yet. I'm assuming in favour of putting the enormous amounts of work in that you do for the streams, the video's, the podcasts etc. I wanted to comment on how much I've been enjoying Alex and Cam's talking simulator stream. Its so refreshing to have a stream that f...

Re: Crapshots - Volume 4
How do you come upon a hanger filled with these things? I was convinced it was just green screened at first. If you've watched some of the Loading Times, they show off the shared storage space that came with the new moonbase. Which they happen to share it with a place that has lots of... Go-faster ...

Re: BDSM Discussion Thread
The possibility of banning certain BDSM activities is troubling to be sure. But personally I feel the likelihood of this happening is slim as it would be, after all, a violation of privacy. Admittedly the case being sketchy upon the determination of consent or otherwise being given beforehand. The d...

Just thought I'd add about a program called spybot search and destroy. Most comprehensive malware/spyware scanner I've found. Not a virus scanner. But also keeps an eye on your registry and such

Re: Anyone up for some tech support?!
Well to rule things out, I'm gonna assume you've done some Virus/Spyware/Adware scans and such? beyond that ensuring you've got the most up to date plugins in the browser along with clearing cookies etc. And see if there are any more available Win10 updates in the meantime. Failing that, get another...

I felt like posting an idea here about a character based around Ian's scottish accent he used today on rhythm Tuesday. Either some kind of Nsburg's First Tourist, or the better idea of the Foreign Exchange Secret BagPipesman.

Re: LRRcast - Concentrated Value
I must say I do find it aggravating that there is such an imbalance between a lot of games because of their "value". But not only that in that some games release Add-ons and bonus content, of which can add some value to the game. But I have noticed that they can on occasion be the same pri...

Re: The depressing depression thread
I've had a long standing stalemate with my depression. At one point several years ago when I was having a few too many thoughts that were... concerning, I went and got medication for it. A reasonable step in and of itself. Which worked. Sorta. It took them a little while to find the right drugs, whi...

Good to finally have the minority languages represented on QWRP. And of course, wonderful to know that Derek is exactly where he belongs. Though he should really get an exorcist.

Rhythm Tuesday Logo?
So. I feel a bit conspicuous posting this. But I was watching Rhythm Tuesday yesterday (On a tuesday no less!) and noticed it had the "heathers handhelds" logo at the bottom of the stream feed. So I felt like making a concept logo specifically for Rhythm Tuesday. If i'm mistaken and it act...
