Re: MUSIIIIIIIC!!!

I don't know why, but the last month or so I have returned to Jimmy Eat World and I can't get enough of them at the moment. For years I only owned Bleed American but now I've got Clarity and Futures and am just obsessed with them at the moment.

Re: The Mixed Emotion Thread

I have mixed emotions about my life in general at the moment. I'm happy overall, in both work and my social life, but I keep getting a nagging voice in the back of my mind thinking "is this really what I want to be doing?" It's confusing the hell out of me.

I imagined that would be the case. Canada Post are just as helpful as Royal Mail with tracking stuff it seems (i.e. not at all). Thanks for letting me know!

I've still not got mine in the UK yet, even though I've had a notification saying the order was completed. I checked the tracking number I got and it simply says it was received by Canada post but no other updates at all.

All right, I'll have a look at the list: Marmite : Absolutely vile. Burn it. Burn it with fire! Allotments : Good for grow veg on the cheap. Carry On Films : Some are comedy gold, most are outdated and offensive. Oxbridge : Oxford + Cambridge universities, the best and most exclusive uni's in the co...

A wishbone hangs between your breasts I hope you haven't pulled it yet And if this little finger doesn't have the strength Then i'm scared that this bird's back bone breaks It's only hope that springs eternal And that's the reason why This dripping from my broken heart Is never running dry I wear a ...

I've started to listen to metal a bit more recently. Mostly Metallica, Tool, Isis, Queens Of the Stone Age (though I guess they're kinda debatable if they're metal). I feel the need to listen to more.

Re: LRR has changed the way I speak.

I picked up 'so, that's a thing' from Graham definitely and have used it a lot now. I already used 'ish' to finish words. My flatmate has a specific way of saying 'what?' after he's said something that either offends/amuses others. I've definitely stolen that from him. I also use 'Booo-urns' from Th...

I think it's worth reiterating that I didn't know the two other guys. It was cool seeing other people wearing onsies too though. The venue is a place called Le Truskel, which is near the Opera House in Paris. It's a pretty awesome club, but the drinks are ridiculously expensive (well, it is in Paris...

Re: Happy Anniversary LRR!

Congratulations guys. It's just been about 2 and a bit years for me since I stumbled upon Graham guesting in Zero Punctuation, watched Unskippable for a few months, then found the website itself and split my sides laughing to the then recent video of The Secret Of The Sauce. Here's to more years of ...
