Re: Kony 2012
Wil Wheaton linked to this blog post which I think is worth a read. How very interesting. I didn't realize that this was not even a timely issue. The section about foreign aid was also pretty telling. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought of this: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/ ... lun...

Re: Kony 2012
I have no doubts that this man is a cold hearted bastard, I don't think that's going to be disputed by anyone. However, this call to the American government to bring him to justice can only really be accomplished through military action. If they did get their wish, it probably wouldn't be pretty. Re...

Re: Is rape "worse" than murder?
I thoroughly believe that taking the life of another is almost always worse than rape. Rape can be overcome and learned from. Death is the end. The one and only time rape is worth than death is in child molesting. Anyone who would possibly permanently scar and damage a child before they even have a...

Re: 'Friday Nights' (New LRR Series)
Sorry for the delay folks, we'd hoped to air these in mid-late November, but there were some WotC-requested changes and then we got caught up with Desert Bus. We're working hard to get the finishing touches done, and they'll be online as soon as we can! Look for them here! Awesome. Can't wait to se...

Are we even going by seasons for current and future episodes? What would mark the start of a third season, then?

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
At some point people decided that "clopping" was a humorous euphemism for pleasuring oneself. It was just derived from that. I think my disillusionment started when a poll taken during the summer asking what involvement people had in the community. Look at the percentage who admitted to cl...

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
Unpopular opinions ahead! I still love this show, but based on Equestria Daily comments, Desert Bus chat behavior, and face to face interactions with people, I think Bronies have become one of the most obnoxious fanbases I've ever seen. The images, photoshops, and videos are still fun, but it seems...

Re: Desert Bus
It's definitely a lot less interactive this year. I remember getting 3 or 4 questions answered last year and being incredibly happy about that, especially since one was asking Bill's mother if she knew about gay chicken, and she even topped it with more stories. This year it's basically impossible t...

Bieber is an integral part of internet culture. If we save the internet, we save him as well. Might as well love the things you hate in this battle, it's good support.

If that wubstep hat thing with Matt wasn't recorded, I will die an early death.
EDIT: Is anyone going to record Chris Avellone tomorrow? I'm going to miss him tomorrow because of a class. That guy is one of my storytelling idols.

Re: Rarelywinter
Felt like some of the dialogue should have been snappier. Also, we didn't get the big cinematographic scene openers like normal! I am disappoint Graham. Though that scene about the Orcs was funnier than hell, so I forgive you. Interesting stuff, though I think I'm in the minority here and liked the ...

Re: LRRcast for Secret Awkward Cruise
More or less. Building a brand from scratch is tough stuff, and like Graham said it would be a pointless question if they knew absolutely nothing again.

Re: LRRcast for Secret Awkward Cruise
In my confusing question, I was basically asking about how you would go about rebuilding LRR or launching a new brand if you had to start today. With all the changes in technology and the fact that web video is a thing now, I don't imagine you'd do it the same way. Plus, more sass.

Re: Desert Bus
When Graham put up the Desert Bus diary, I was actually legitimately confused for a moment as I thought it was still a ways out. Can't believe it's already November and already time for another one. I can only imagine how the crew feels with how quickly this creeps up each year. The time flies, it d...

Re: Roll for Treats
This one reminded me of Cash Cats. Intense giggle factor throughout, but it seemed to end just as we were about to have the group descend into chaos. Having everyone die right away and then quickly moving to the end of the video felt rushed. It was very funny though, I enjoyed this more than the las...

Re: AskLRR - Closes later today... so get on that!
Finally! Checking every day did not go in vain. Hypothetical situation: The past few years are wiped away. You are now a level 1 video producer with minimal experience and a cloak that gives +1 to sass. How do you rebuild your media empire? If someone offered to sponsor a bigger budget version of on...

Re: Episode 22 - Fantasies: How Not to Be Final
Unless something changed, season 2 of League of Legends has a 5 million dollar prize pool, most likely to shame Valve and DotA 2. Battlefield 3 is streets behind, the solution is always more money! But EA already knows that, don't you EA?

Missing Jer from the opening credits already.
Loved this episode though. I lost it when Kathleen suggested they just sell you a box with an activation code and Paul replied that Gamestop would just take out the paper and sell you an empty box.

This apartment isn't just special effects, is it? I'd hate to think you're stealing Tim's Mondays by pulling a fast one like you almost did on Andy.
