Re: What is Gender?
Thinking about this more the last few days I think I've solidified my issue more. What is the difference between gender and gender stereotypes? And if their is no difference would that make gender bad? Like if sex is to gender, what race is to racial stereotypes. And racial stereotypes are bad, is g...

What is Gender?
For a while now I've been wrestling with a question. What is gender? Lets start by getting some definitions. Google says, "the state of being male or female (typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones)." Merriam-Webster says, "the beha...

I don't know if Canada as a whole is expensive but Victoria has a very high cost of living compared to most places.

Re: sWs Ep10 - Money in the Bank & WWE Draft
I personally think the sub categories (women, tag-team, ect.) should have been brand exclusive. I don't think some of them are deep enough to sustain being split. also 2 PPVs a month seems like a bad idea. I think a better idea would be to alternate monthly PPVs and share the big 4 PPVs. As far as k...

Re: Sidewalk Slam Ep8 - Extreme Rules & RAWs
So the What Culture wrestling guys started doing this thing where before a PPV they predict the outcome of each match. And whoever gets more right is the WCPW champion (no title change on ties). Now I know Adam said he didn't like making predictions but I think this could be a fun thing to do on the...

OK talking to some peopke it seems we could use the general LRR Discord and make new "rooms" to talk in. Now I'm trying to figure out what the LRR discord is, so if anyone could let me know information about it I would be grateful.

Re: LRRcast - Anime Recap: Winter 2016
My entire exposure to manga/anime these days is from a podcast I listen to. And that's a Manga podcast, So I only know about Anime that's been adapted from Manga they cover. On that note, My hero Academia (AKA boku no hero Academia) Is REALLY promising if you like Shounen stuff. It feels much more w...

It's a bit late for the beta, but perhaps we can set up a LRR Overwatch based talking service like how James was using Discord. I don't really want to use the In game based talk system and I have it auto muted. I wouldn't really know how to go about this as I've never used one of these before so som...

Overwatch LRR group
Overwatch launches on the 24th of may. but the pre-order beta starts on the 3rd and the open beta week starts of the 5th. So I'm hoping to get enough People together that I don't have to play with randoms. I don't know if they have "guilds" or whatever but lets try and get together a LRR O...

For my two cents I don't think a blow by blow is necessary, just point out the important bits. Impressive spots, story relevant things, ect. Sooooo, um, Shane and Vince... I'm so confused. I guess maybe behind the scenes Taker didn't want to lose the match? If Taker was supposed to win from the star...

Battleborn Beta
I plan on messing with the free open Beta for Battleborn on PC. This should be between the 13th and 18th of April.
So I'm making this thread to see if any other LRR peeps are interested in this beta and would like to try out the game as well.

I'm glad they gave Shane stuff to show he's got a chance. now at least it seems possible that Shane could win the match straight. This means they can realistically go through with the match and it has dramatic stakes. Also I am so, SO, glad that WWE seems to be taking women's wrestling seriously now...

Re: Sidewalk Slam Ep04 - RAWs & Roadblock
For me what really interests me about the Shane taker match is how it will go down. Because I think they want to keep Shane a face so he can't win by cheating shenanigans. And Undertaker is the biggest badass in the company cept Brock so I can't see business man Shane beating him clean. And it seems...

Pet peeve of mine, Eldrazi don't have genders. The idea of a Cthulhu esque horror is the unknowable. The more identifiable qualities you give them the less unknowable they become. So something familiar to us like gender makes them more understandable and thus goes against the idea of them. This is w...

When I was a Kid we were poor. Not living on the street poor, but sharing bathwater poor. Back then my family could afford 2 games a year. One for my birthday and one for my brothers. So because of that how much play you could get out of a game was VERY important. If a game couldn't entertain us chi...

Shane has always been a baby face. And i don't mean that in the wrestling terminology. I mean he looks like he's about 15 years younger than he is. I remember when he started he looked like a teenager even though he was about 30.

Let me chronicle my thoughts as I was watching this episode I'm one of those people who hates the "I am unstoppable" character. I hated it when Goldberg did it and I hate it now when Brock is doing it. I hate it because, to me, it doesn't make them look good it makes everyone else look bad...
