I have a discount on seals, would you prefer Egg'd or hatched? They're discounted, as I make no claim to their combat effectiveness.

Re: PAX Aus 2016 - The EnPAXenning
Would you believe that for SOME reason, Bangpop had trouble fitting in a large group this weekend? So it's Friday at 8pm under "LRR" instead.

So the majority results are in: *The most popular time for the meetup at Bangpop is Friday at 7pm-ish. The runner-up was Sunday midday. *The most popular time for the Conspiracy draft is Saturday at midday. Re: PAX Aus 2016 - The EnPAXenning
Survey will be closing on Sunday, so if there's anyone left to fill in their responses, please do so, so we can finalise some things! General consensus so far: Meetup lunch/dinner: Bangpop, either Friday after the show, or Sunday any time after midday. Conspiracy draft: Midday on any of the three da...

Re: PAX Aus 2016 - The EnPAXenning
Now that the schedule has finally been listed, hopefully people have a rough idea of what they might be up to during the convention, so I've put together a survey for organising some Runner events. So if you have some time, could you fill this out?

PAX Aus 2016 - The EnPAXenning
It's still a little ways off, as the schedule isn't up yet, but I figured we'd need to start getting some rough idea of who all is attending, and if we have ideas for a meetup as is tradition. The last couple of PAXs, we've sorted out a meal at Bangpop , and that's seemed to go over well enough. The...

Re: Loading Ready Sealed League
My schedule is likewise going to leave me bereft of time, until hopefully Desert Bus, so I will unfortunately have to concede and drop from the remaining rounds. Which sucks, because I feel I was on a good run with my deck.

Re: Commander/EDH Deck Talk
You could take the "Unplayable Commander" Challenge. Here's a list of the least played Commanders in a given quantity of players; the challenge is to not only use them as a commander but build a deck that is on theme for them. Bonus points if you use one that still has the sword and shield...

Woof, that flood in the 3rd game super-killed me.
7 card hand: 6 lands
6 card hand: 4 lands
5 card hand: 3 lands and late CMC sorcerys
Scry: Land, pitch it
Draw: Land, land, land, and land. Dead.

Turns out, Sorin's quite old as far as age goes, and you don't get to fit into the same armour for so long without putting in continuous days of hard work. Great games!

Re: Loading Ready Fan Draft.
I can't attest to the ease of use or quality of them, it looks like the two main players are Cockatrice and XMage. Further, it looks like XMage is the only one of the two to have a semblance of established system behind it, in that it apparently has draft support. Cockatrice looks to be more for con...

Re: The General Magic: The Gathering Thread
Have you looked into Decked Builder? It's what LRR uses for the card recogniser, but it can also save a collection in a decent amount of time, providing it's sorted by set. Otherwise, you're frequently swapping, and a spreadsheet or something like TappedOut would be better.

Admittedly, I may be biased, but I find league to be the more interesting game. The NRL has a worldwide streaming service, and apparently in Canada specifically it's on Roger Sports Net? Here's the info I have: Link

I know I really should stop brewing when I've got 3 decks left to build and one to restructure, but I just couldn't resist. I'm sure people here are far more versed in the myriad of odd cards that I'd have no idea about, so I'd appreciate some advice on my Wall-tribal (ish) deck: #MakeDominariaGreat...

Re: Loading Ready Sealed League
Game 1 saw a perfect run of a hand for zarbit topped off with Arlinn Kord dominating the field. I had some zombie tokens. Game 2 was more interesting halfway through, after the MTGO decided 10 life was the correct starting total for me before I could draw anything worthwhile. Triskaidekaphobia start...
